Very fast shipping and item quality great

Being up front about expensive shipping fees would be nice. I told my son for his birthday I had enough money to buy him $250 in gifts for himself. After he spent his money on 4 of your action figures-I ended up spending at least $50 in shipping for each toy to be delivered here. I ended spending $450+ dollars on his birthday cause of unexpected shipping fees this company never mentioned at the time of the purchase. I’ll never make that mistake again.

App is easy to use and I like how the Customer Service team will reach out if there is a problem. I had to repurchase one item because the original one was unavailable and got a credit right away for the cancellation order, which I used to purchase from another seller. Items were packaged securely and there are multiple shipping options. Even the cheapest option ships pretty quickly.

My items came in great time and good condition!! Cheap prices for my items too, although shipping was a bit pricey but the coupons made it a bit cheaper!!

Very helpful and good delivery service

It had taken me a while to finally place an order as I was unsure how complicated it would be to order but it was extremely fast.

I managed to Order Kpop PCs which have been on my watchlist for over a year. I also had some heavier items and the package arrived safe, secure and so much faster than the shipping estimate (less than a week)
I only paid for 2 additional services as 2 of the items I purchased I wanted to check the contents and the photos JPFans sent was reassuring.

Once you request for the items to be boxed, JPFans send you an image of all the packaged (sealed unless services have been paid) before they pack your box and then send you picture of the box once packaged, dims and weight then give you the option to select your preferred shipping coat/service. My box was heavy and it came to far less than I expected.

I also reached out to support to asked if items would be taken out of the original packaging before packing and they confirmed that only if you pay per item for a photo/ video/ inspection otherwise they box as they receive the item into the warehouse. The response was fairly fast given the time difference and was resolved so fast.

TIPS
If you are new to their service they offer first time coupons that help with shopping and Delivery costs which was a nice touch.
Make sure you keep to under customs cost for UK to limited fees into UK.
Be mindful that there is procurement fee when adding items to the basket so the initial price you see will have a mark up.
Be aware if ordering from third party sites, the shipping speed is down to the seller so sometimes items can ship fairly late. JPFans has kindly messaged seller on my behalf a prompt in order to speed this up.

second time I’ve used Jpfans and honestly life changing, you can find figures for VERY cheap and it’s helped me save a lot of money, I bought a madoka kaname nendoroid for about £36 pound where as if I were to buy it anywhere else it would of probably costed me £60, Shipping can get pricey but with their up to 60 day free storage in their warehouse saving up for shipping shouldn’t be too hard and plus you can just get coupons through jpfans discord to help with shipping just incase. I definitely recommend atleast having a look on jpfans it’s totally worth it xo love ya jpfans

when youre on a product page they (very smartly) say shipping fee: free. but then if you dont read closely it says only for in japan. in reality you have to pay the shipping fee afterwards... when i tried to refund it within 5 minutes of ordering they rejected it. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMY ASS WEBSITE

Something great about JPfans is that their customer service is crazy good. I’ve had issues with me accidentally putting the wrong items together in packages or needing a refund for an item and they’ll help you incredibly fast. Their interface just makes it super easy to find what your looking for, and the multiple different shopping sites like Mercari and JPFleamarkets make it even easier to find deals that would cost over a hundred dollars on eBay or Amazon. The ability to use photos to find your items is literally a godsend. Other shopping sites don’t have the feature or you’ll have to go through google lens to find it and then get a link; everything is just super intuitive as well. The shipping estimate tool also helps a ton with planning out which items you’ll want to ship together. I recommend finding the dimensions of your item first because they charge based on volume so find the total volume can make your pricing more accurate.

Great Prices and a Smooth JPFans Experience

I’ve had a really good experience using JPFans for buying Japanese collectibles and merchandise. For my recent haul, I picked up a Broly BR Super Alternate Art card, ONE PIECE Magazine Vol. 20, a Revoltech Yamaguchi Gurren Lagann Lazengann figure, figma 248, and the Jujutsu Kaisen Itadori Yuji S.H.Figuarts Sukuna’s Vessel figure.

One of my favorite things about JPFans is the prices. I’ve found some really good deals compared with other places, but the Credit Mall is definitely one of the best parts. The Credit Mall bundles can have discounts of up to 99% off, which can make some items extremely cheap compared with their normal prices. It’s definitely worth checking the Credit Mall regularly because there can be some crazy deals if you find the right bundle.

The regular prices are also pretty good, and I like that there is such a wide selection of Japanese products. I was able to find things like trading cards, figures, magazines, and anime merchandise that can be harder to find elsewhere.

My recent parcels were delivered between August 25 and August 29, so shipping was pretty quick as well. The tracking updates made it easy to follow the packages from the warehouse through delivery. Everything arrived safely, and overall I was happy with how my orders turned out.

A tip for anyone using JPFans is to check the Credit Mall before buying normally. Some of the bundles have huge discounts, and I’ve seen deals advertised as up to 99% off. Between the Credit Mall deals and the already competitive regular prices, JPFans has been a great option for finding Japanese collectibles without paying the prices I usually see from other sellers.
