Bought these for my circulation issues and they've been a game changer. I work from home so I'm on my feet less than I should be and by mid afternoon my legs just feel heavy and sluggish. Definitely something that gets me to wake up. I wear this in the morning, doing normal housewife duties, it's relaxing and at the same time the points makes me stay awake. It's not painful, but you can really feel it poking your feet in a massaging way.

I have a friend who I kept complaining a lot about how I easily feel pain at my foot after long walks, She's asian, so she recommended me to try acupressure slippers.
