I’m able to create the product I want with this site and the team is the best. They respond very quickly when I have concerns or customers contact them, and resolve issues easily. I feel I can create whatever I like with them.

We used Fourthwall to fulfill Backerkit rewards, and it was great. We created gift links for each backer, which allowed them to input their addresses and receive their items directly, without having to pay. The Fourthwall balance also let us use a company card without sharing our address information with every backer, which I appreciated for privacy reasons, as our credit card address and our public-facing address are different. Orders went out promptly, and customer service was the best I've ever had! (I emailed to ask about backerkit integration, and they passed it along to the product team to add to the roadmap.)

I just discovered fourthwall recently and it was so amazing like completely automated. It's best for the people who don't know much about POD. It's all in one pack. But the type of art i wanted to sell on tshirt needed AOP Oversized TShirt which sadly wasn't available. So i emailed the team and they say they can add it as it's available in their printing partner Printful's catalog. But it's been a week and still not added. They have so many amazing Tshirts , Shaka Wear etc. but Unfortunately, i don't think i can work on this platform due to unavailability of that one product 😭.

I have an ongoing relationship with Fourthwall as I am in the process of setting up a store. So far their customer support staff has been very attentive and accommodating to a couple requests I had regarding specific invoicing demands required for the government of the European country I'm based in, this is very beneficial to me as I am a small business. They have been very helpful, and my experience has been very good so far!

I wouldn't buy anything from this company.
Bad customer service

terrible shipping. ordered items and the label wasnt created until over a week after placing order. dogshit company

I had a super confusing issue getting my international payouts set up from Morocco, and my own custom domain was actually broken and bouncing all their emails.
Even with my tech issues, Daniel from their support team went above and beyond to manually set up exception forms for me, and then followed up again to help me get fully connected through Stripe.
Fast, patient, and genuinely helpful support. Excited to launch my merch here!

Blocked by robots.txt despite correct setup, no indexing on Google

I set up my store at giftedtee.com and everything looked great until I checked Google Search Console: my product pages are blocked by robots.txt. I double- and triple-checked my settings.. store is live, domain is verified with SSL, nothing is password protected. Still blocked.

This contradicts Fourthwall's own Help Center, which states indexing works by default with zero manual setup. If that's true, then this looks like a bug on their end that's actively hurting new stores' ability to get found on Google.

I've contacted support and I'm waiting for a real fix, not just a generic response. Will update once (if) this gets resolved.

Update (Aug 5, 2026): Fourthwall support responded quickly and confirmed the issue is now fixed. Turns out it wasn't a bug, new shops go through a short automatic review to ensure compliance with Google Merchant Center policies (no spam/fraud) before listings are submitted to Google. Once that review completed, indexing was enabled automatically.

Appreciate the fast turnaround from their team. Updating my experience positively based on how this was handled.

As a creator and small business owner, using fourthwall has changed everything for me! It is easy to sell retail and not have to worry about carry back stock. It provides me with great margins to make a little extra money too! The products are quality and ships out quickly!

Terrible customer service! It won't let me clget paid on my card, it has it listed as a prepaid card, well I have been receiving payouts on this card for going on 4 years and it works as a bank account for literally everything else on the planet. I even bought something on the site with the card. They discriminated against me because I don't have a "real bank". I would definitely recommend not bothering with this. It's really not worth it. They SUCK!

As a creator, I've had a fantastic experience. The platform is easy to use, the tools are intuitive, and it makes creating and selling products simple. Everything runs smoothly, allowing me to focus on designing while the platform handles the rest. I highly recommend it to any creator looking to grow their brand and reach more customers.

So, as a new user of "fourthwall", I ordered 2 mugs from my own merch so I can have something to showcase for others. But when they arrived, one of them had an internal crack, so you couldn't see it, but you could hear it.

I contacted support, and we had the standard convo: "Thank you for reaching out. What can we help you with, etc.

So professional, kind & seeming really eager to do as best they can for their customers!
I sent in what was wrong & I got to choose between a refund or a new mug.
They also gave me clear info on what they were doing whilst checking my inquiry.

(Ps, the quality of the mugs is also splendid and comfy to hold!)

So this is an absolute 5 stars from me

Very helpful support especially for beginners like me , platform easy to understand, fast solutions for complicated situation

I had high hopes for using Fourthwall, but the poor customer service response times (via email only) and follow-through while attempting to get started changed my mind. I used their migration feature to move some products over from Printful, but I needed the Fourthwall team to do some edits and add in some design files. The work wasn't done. I wasted a lot of time. I'm so annoyed. I'll just parrot what the general consensus of bad reviews states....

"Some customers also noted significant issues with customer support, reporting unresponsiveness, slow replies, or being ghosted after initial contact. A few reviewers mentioned receiving no resolution to their problems."

I bailed on them. So disappointed. Consumers beware.

I reached out to the support team to help me resolve a connection issue with my payout, and they responded very fast they also fixed the issue very quickly. I Thank the team very much for their effectiveness and for how much they care for us creators who use their platform.

okay, so Fourthwall totally blew me away, I went in not knowing what to expect, and honestly... It's been nothing but smooth sailing! Setting up my two stores was a breeze, I didn't have to deal with any of the boring backend stuff, and the few times I had questions, their support team got back to me in no time. Their service is on high level, super friendly, professional and actually very very helpful. Plus, those guys keep adding products and cool new features that actually make sense for creators. Definitely recommend, you won't regret it!
