I received a fraction of my ordered product; this is due to FedEx losing the shipment per EPODEX, though this was more than 30 days after fulfilment. I reached the stage of an ongoing summer project with a serious timeline only to find I can not install this product, while I have 3 days left at home before leaving my fiancé with an unfinished shower, to be gone for 40 days on the road for work. EPODEX's fulfilment center did not notice an order still in transit 30 days out from an order? Adrej with Customer Service had no resolution and offered no remedy to the solution other than reshipping what was missing to potentially not make it in time, with a 72-hour window to install this product before prolonging a project and incurring more cost DUE TO NOT HAVING MY ENTIRE ORDER FOR INSTALLATION. EPODEX offered no remedy. There was no incentive or offer to remedy this situation. POOR customer service and POORLY run fulfillment.

This was my first time using micro cement and it was on a shower ceiling which posed all kinds of challenges. I had multiple questions, more than once, which they were always happy to answer. When I ran out with 1 square foot left (yes, really....) Epodex customer service was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed and describing how to finish the project without taking 10 steps back. It turned out great, and now I have some valuable experience!

So far I like all the products. I’m using all Epodex products to refurbish my bathroom. I’ve used micro cement lime wash paint and the PU paint. So far it’s looking great and it seems like all the products are going to hold up extremely well.

This was my first purchase from Epodex. The customer service was excellent. The representatives, when reached by phone, were knowledgeable and helpful. The product performed just as advertised. I had shipping damage on one bottle. That was quickly replaced after one phone call.

We used Epodex to transform our builder-grade shower and jacuzzi tub into a modern wet room, and the finished result is absolutely beautiful. We spent about $1,800 on materials, which was a fraction of what other finishes would have cost.

The application definitely has a learning curve, especially if you’re in the U.S. since many of the instructions and measurements are based on the metric system. Getting the right consistency took some trial and error. Once we figured that out and got comfortable with the application technique, the process became much more straightforward.

The final finish is exactly what we were hoping for—a seamless, high-end, spa-like look that completely transformed our bathroom. If you’re willing to take your time, follow the process, and practice a bit, the results are well worth the effort. We’d definitely use Epodex again for another project.

Today I received the polish for my resin, the bottle came with tape on the lid, should be sealed, looks was used, almost half a bottle of polish. I wsnt my money back. Is not expected that. Thats unprofessional as a company.

For over 15 years I have wanted to change out the tile in our master bath. It was ugly and checkered brown. Very 90’s. I researched brands of tile paint and settled on Epodex with the resin component. I am SO happy I did. The product is awesome. I would do it again if needed in a different house. There are a couple of things I would recommend for new users. Make sure you get every speck of oil off the tile. Epodex sells a spray cleaner – which I purchased but should have bought like 3 cans! You can also use Isopropyl alcohol. Epodex does NOT like oil. Be sure to remove ALL caulking, then recaulk later. You will need 2-3 coats depending on what your trying to cover. I used 3. Make sure you purchase enough and work in small batches because you only have 90 minutes before it starts to set. If you have a large area, like I did, I was panicked to get the first coat all done in the 90 minutes! If you work in small batches you can take your time. Note: Epodex is thin going on but wears like iron. I would plan on not being able to use your area for 2 weeks. It does not take that long to accomplish and set but you do not want to rush this project. It is worth the time! The Epodex team is AMAZING! Super helpful with quick response to questions and ordering is a snap. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

I wish I could give this 0 stars for the misleading properties page. In properties on this product, it specifically says SOLVENT FREE and "Odour Unfolding during processing Low (odorless)"

This is completely not true for this system. While it may be true for the primer and paint, after calling support I find out that the Top coat is indeed SOLVENT-BASED and has an extremely toxic odor during and after processing. I would NOT have bought this product if it explicitly said it contains SOLVENTS and a strong odor. I only found this out after using it. I exposed my pets to the strong odor as it permeated my entire house, and I had a mask on while applying as instructed but NOTHING on the properties page or instructions would have led me to make sure I didn't have my pets upstairs just in the house. After going upstairs and removing my mask my entire house reeked like super toxic top coat, not just in the garage where I applied. my poor tiny dogs were exposed for at least 45 minutes. I am sick to my stomach over this situation and was completley mislead by the properties page

I contact support over email and detail my experience, and they send me the boilerplate refund policy back, not addressing the point that this is NOT AS ADVERTISED. Customer pays all return shipping, and they do not refund opened products. If it had been advertised correctly, I would NOT have purchased this.

I called support then, and that is when I learned indeed the top coat I got contains SOLVENTS, which is causing the smell. I explained that it explicitly says in the properties of this system that this is SOLVENT FREE and LOW ODOR, and they said that is for the paint/primer; however, that is not stated, and these are the properties listed for the KIT, which includes 3 different products, leading one to believe the PROPERTIES LISTED apply to ALL PRODUCTS. Support said they would call me back, hoping they can address my concerns.

So far this was a complete waste of money and time, and I pray my dogs are okay from their exposure to this product's fumes.

I had a great experience with EPODEX during my home renovation. Marko was fantastic to work with—very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful in making sure I got exactly what I needed.

The microcement is an excellent product and was perfect for my project because it can be applied directly over existing tile floors, which saved a lot of time and demolition. The PU paint is also incredibly durable and worked great for my stairs, giving them a clean, strong finish.

Overall, EPODEX had the exact products I needed for my renovation, and the quality really shows. Highly recommend!
