Ordered shell stone limestone tile from gobek. Although it was supposed to be tumbled and have chiseled edges; it showed up honed & has straight edges. It is beautiful tile though & I got it at an amazing price so I’m not going to complain. When I contacted customer service she said they only have it honed; which is weird cause when I went to order them, they only offer brushed or tumbled finish.

I ordered what I thought was 3" mattress topper for a queen size bed. Gobek (order #US12463), through Shopify, through Sterling Sleep Systems (order # 13731), sent *half* of a mattress topper. When I saw the box, I thought it looked a bit small, but sometimes, these things are compressed, and when you open them, they expand. Not this one. It just wasn't the full topper.
I called Gobek (they have many phone numbers) to ask for a return authorization. No one answers the customer service option. You have to leave a message. Eventually, they call you back, but if you work, this adds to the difficulty, as I could not answer the call when she finally did call. I called the number back when I was able to talk. The woman who called had a thick accent that made it difficult to understand her. She asked about the confirmation # and I told her honestly that I never received a confirmation # because they never sent the email that supposedly would automatically appear after the purchase. I did have a good packing slip from Sterling Sleep Systems. When I called them, they answered the phone, but said Gobek would do the refund. After talking to the customer service woman at Gobek, they did send a confirmation email---more than a week after the actual purchase. She was supposed to call me back with more information. She never did. There is a return function on the email. They are charging me a $115 "re-stocking fee" and telling me I have to pay for the return shipping. Sterling Sleep Systems says that their freight charge to me was $33.76. She thought it might be more to me. I haven't shipped it back yet, so don't know what the final damage will be. Right now, it is close to $150.00. This is a foreign-owned company. Don't do business with this company. They have a terrible return policy, and really poor customer service.

I cannot get in touch with these people! No answer no return call for the pictures I ordered for over $200

The worst company ever!!!

I canceled the order WITHIN 5 MINUTES of purchase because I like the other one better. There was no way to cancel the order on their website so I emailed them requesting them to cancel my order and that was 07/13/26 the day I placed the order. They never responded to my request and sent both phone cases, the one I canceled and the one I purchased after sending cancel request email to their customer service.
So I request the return and after 2 weeks, they send email to tell me they will charge 25% restocking fees and shipping fees. Are you kidding me? Poor customer service and I think there send me cancelled item on purpose of making extra money and it’s a scam.

Horrible and shame on you.

I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF I WERE YOU!!! I ordered the power washer that they claimed had SOOO much power and it had not power at all. I purchased it for my husband for fathers day and we didn't get around to using it until some oil was spilled on our driveway. Upon using it the plastic piece that connected the hose to the power washer snapped off. I asked for a return since the product is a piece of junk and the company will not offer any compensation at all for their crappy merchandise just because it has been 2 months since I received it even though it was a fathers day present so I did not even give it to my husband until a month after receiving it.

Half of the countertop forms were breaking apart right out of the box. I can’t use them. Had to spend another hundred dollars on wood and do it the old fashioned way. Not a happy camper.

Placed an order, heard nothing, and then multiple days later the order is randomly cancelled. One would expect at a minimum to get a communication as to why, but instead complete silence.

Update:
In response to the company's response—they reached out after the fact and claimed this was a supplier stock issue, and that most of the items I ordered were out of stock with the supplier. I was able to confirm this to not be the case, further illustrating the deceptive business practices of GOBEKUSA. I would strongly urge caution in any dealings with them, and would definitely avoid them for any time-sensitive or mission-critical supplies.

Stacked stone delivered in one week, great price

BEWARE! First of all just because USA is in the title doesn’t mean anything. Their products come from China. Although they say “ships within 3-5 days”, it took over 8 weeks to receive my order. When I did eventually receive the lamp, it was missing necessary parts to assemble. Horrible buying experience!

Great product! Really works with a little elbow grease! I have 13yrs of embedded dirt in my grout and it's coming off. I'll need some sealer when I'm done removing all the dirt.
