A lovely weekend project

Hogsmoor Station was such a lovely project to enjoy over the weekend. It was relaxing to put together, and I loved watching all the little details come to life. The finished piece looks beautiful on display and feels really rewarding to complete. A great choice if you enjoy creative, hands-on projects.

Been over six months and still have not received my order....

Avoid if you expect any level of customer support. I’ve been waiting months for a simple replacement part and have been repeatedly told it would be sent “soon” with nothing ever arriving.

Now my emails are being ignored entirely. Really disappointing experience and not what you’d expect after paying for a product.

Piece of Shit

Made my order, made a mistake and order the incorrect item. Contacted customer service immediately with order number requesting to cancel the order while I searched for the correct item. No response, one week late received an email for shipping, Contacted again to initiate a return. No answer. Emailed 2 more times for return not a single answer.

Company is scam, product that arrived is missing pieces, and support is 0

Fraudulent company. Product was never delivered. After several emailsi received a partial refund then never got further responses.

Initially they responded and said they would send these out but then completely stopped responding to emails or requests for updates so assume they are done dealing with this now.

I will purchase somewhere else as this was a gift which is now incomplete and sitting half finished.

I assume the customer service department will respond to this and claim they haven't received my emails in about a month based on other reviews on here so I look forward to that at least

Jeg har bestilt en Booknook sidste tirsdag. Og i dag er det onsdag. De har intet afsendt. Svindel. Og de trak pengene dagen efter bestilling. Jeg skulle aldrig have bestilt noget hos dem. De har godt nok svaret på mail om at de nok skulle sende den hurtigst mulig. Der er bare intet sket. Hold Jer langt fra denne hjemmeside.

Received the Sylvia Garden kit as a gift. Found it easy enough and enjoyable to make. The punch out pieces in particular were good quality and came together easily. There were a few areas that might have benefited from a little more instruction or illustration. Would also recommend including glue. Overall, it was a enjoyable experience.

The Library of Books was bought for my teenage Grandaughter.This was far to difficult for her.The press out boards are excellent quality. My husband who is 79 years old has finished it, and enjoyed doing it.There wouldn't be many teenagers of today that would have the patience. Over all the product is good, the illustrations are very dark and unclear and to dark.Also the order of build is confusing.

I submitted my order 20 months ago. It still has not shipped. The initially responded to my emails and blamed Amazon for not shipping the item due to weather issues. It had been 11 days since I purchased it, and I did not purchase through Amazon.

It’s been 19 days now, and they seem to be ignoring my emails.

Item is cheap quality.its like Something you would expect from temu. Reached out to seller but because i opened the plastic the will not allow return. How can anyone see how bad the quality is without opening plastic packaging on the outside of box? Don’t waste your money

Très mauvaise expérience, commande passée le 28 novembre pour le recevoir pour noël, j'avoue ne pas avoir regardé les avis avant, j'aurais dû. Le colis n'est toujours pas arrivé, ils ont apparemment tenté de le livrer sans appeler ou prévenir avant ou pendant. J'ai essayé d'appeler le service livraison, ils n'avaient même pas mon numéro... Et je ne peux pas aller chercher moi-même le colis. Déçus. et c'est compliqué de trouver des sites fiables, et impossible d'avoir des produits un peu responsables qui ne viennent pas de l'autre bout du monde.

Before you order from this company be aware that they are based in China. I only became aware if it after I placed and emailed to cancel because it was a Christmas present and wasn't going to arrive on time, which was ignored. The item arrived and it was terrible cheap quality and not at all like the pictures and I emailed customer services to ask for a returns label which was also ignored.

Edit: their response telling me to contact customer services is a joke because I've emailed them so many times and they haven't once responded.

I would love to review the items I ordered but after 30+ days, I have yet to receive them. Interesting that the company has sent me to emails to review my purchase and it has not been delivered!

My product was not what I thought I ordered and it has been a terrible experience trying to return it!

I love your product but you need to use a different shipping company. SpeedEx put my shipment in my mailbox instead of delivering it to my door which then caused the USPS to retrieve the package and charge me some enormous shipping AGAIN! That is my only issue with you. YOUR RESPONDING 9 MONTHS LATER. WILL NEBER PURCHASE GROM TJOS COMPANY AGAIN!

I purchased the Library of Books model for my 10 year old not realising how technical and tricky it was to assemble. It meant that I had to build all the books, shelves, furniture, artwork and structure myself and I LOVED IT!
I really enjoyed working quietly away creating these tiny, beautiful objects, so thoughtfully designed and a joy to build. My 10 year old loves it too. I'm already planning my next one! Thanks team.

I was really disappointed by the quality of the materials in this book nook relative to others purchased. The pieces for the exterior box were warped which made gluing them together well nearly impossible. I was also really disappointed by how much glue this kit relied on. Other book books I’ve bought have a lot of pieces that snap together especially for the more structural parts. This one was entirely dependent on glue and paper which made many parts of it impossible. I threw it out.

Delivery taking longer than advertised. For past four (4) days, tracking has a status of "Out for Delivery".
