UPDATE: Ik heb zojuist een terugbetaling gekregen. Ik vind het echt heel vriendelijk en leuk dat het zo snel en goed gegaan is. Dankjewel!
vind het geweldig hoe het je palm kan lezen en het is echt heel duidelijk. Enkel had ik zonder dat ik het wist perongelijk op extra tijd bij de lezing geklikt. Toen is er geld van mijn rekening gegaan zonder nog is toestemming te vragen. Dit vind ik heel jammer en niet correct.

Misleidend! Je zit zonder dat je het weet aan een abonnement vast
9 juni kwam ik via de socials Astroline tegen. Normaal zou ik nooit zoiets doen maar de website ziet er erg professioneel uit.
Ik kon iets laten uitzoeken met mijn horoscoop en ik was benieuwd. Ik moest een bedrag betalen om een document in te zien. Ik twijfelde maar omdat dit zo’n laag bedrag was heb ik het gedaan.
Nu kom ik er op 12 juli achter dat ze 48,39€ hebben afgeschreven voor een abonnement. Ik wist eerst niet eens waarvoor het was. Na wat zoekwerk kwam ik erachter.
Ik heb het abonnement stopgezet via de site en een email gestuurd.
Ik voel me opgelicht want ik heb nooit voor een abnormaal gekozen.
Nu blijkt dat dit al de tweede afschrijving was…
Ik wil heel graag mijn geld terug voor iets waarvoor ik niet gekozen heb!

Scam, trap er niet in!
Ik heb alleen voor 1.21 een korte chart gekocht. Daarna weggeklikt. Kom ik er nu achter dat ze al 2 maanden hele vage bedragen afschrijven via paypal;

Ik heb dat niet besteld en geen toestemming gegeven. Dit bedrijf is een scam, trap er niet in. Volgens mij kloppen deze reviews ook niet.

Ja dat was een heel goed idee geweest als mijn mails richting jullie niet zouden worden geweigerd en / of ik toegang had gehad tot de app.

Zonder dat ik hier duidelijk van op de hoogte was is er 48 euro van mijn rekening afgeschreven. Inloggen in de app was onmogelijk waardoor tijdig opzeggen niet is gelukt na de proefperiode. Na contact via de helpdesk probeer ik weer te antwoorden maar op verschillende mailadressen krijg ik alleen maar automatisch bericht dat de ontvanger het bericht heeft geweigerd.

Het zijn oplichters
Het zijn oplichters.
Ik wou 3-daagse lidmaatschap voor 1.21€ hebben. Dat kon ik kiezen.
Ze zeiden dat ze over 3 dagen na geen gehoor 48€ van je rekening gaan afhalen en dat je vast zit aan een langdurige lidmaatschap. Dus je moet voortijdig handelen als ik dit niet wil. Dat stond nergens op voordat ik een keuze gemaakt had. Ik heb gelijk hun geblokkeerd van mijn bank, pas geblokkeerd en verwijderd en gelijk nieuwe aangevraagd, want ze hebben, nadat ze 1.21€ hebben afgehaald ook 29,99€ proberen af te troggelen van mijn rekening zonder aanleiding. Dat is hun niet gelukt, gelukkig. direct via hun “support mail” duidelijk gezegd dat ik gelijk mijn lidmaatschap wilde opzeggen.
Geven ze aan dat ik dat via de app moet doen.
Heb daarna aangegeven dat via de mail gewoon geldig is om van het lidmaatschap af te zien.
Proberen ze toch te rekken door te zeggen dat ik via een ander mail of portaal of link dit moet doen. Heb er niet meer op gereageerd want ze kunnen mij toch niks meer maken.
Morgen bij Fraude-meldpunt alle bewijsstukken toesturen en dit toelichten, ook bij de ACM.
Al die positieve reviews niet intrappen mensen, dat zijn ze zelf. Is nep. Ze zijn gewoon keiharde scammers.
Update: waarschijnlijk hebben ze nog geld proberen af te halen van mijn rekening, niet gelukt :) nu krijg ik een mail dat alles succesvol is opgezegd en ik geen verdere extra kosten hoef te betalen of verdere acties hoef te ondernemen.
