ZEER SLECHTE SERVICE, Slechte Website

Let op, de gegevens op hun website ivm onderdelen kloppen niet. Vaak meer nr.s aan een product waardoor je het foute product ontvangt. Ze geven zich uit als zijnde een Bedrijf in Nederland met een .nl website, maar als je het zooitje terug moet sturen, krijg je een adres ergens in Duitsland waar het op eigen kosten (3x duurder of meer als in ned.) retour moet en dit terwijl de fout bij hun zit.... SERVICE WAARDELOOS, ik kreeg zelfs het pakket retour, werd geweigerd omdat het retournr. en label adres wat ik ontvangen had van Motointegrator niet klopte en kon het weer op eigen kosten terug sturen. Nadat ik diversen keren contact met hun via de mail, gaven niet thuis, schoven de schuld in de schoenen vh vervoerders bedrijf..... Ze zijn telefonisch ook niet bereikbaar, alleen per mail.... WAARDELOOS BEDRIJF, levering duurt langer als ze aangegeven en ze verkopen jou wat je niet besteld hebt, omdat ze de website niet op orde hebben..... ADVIES:... BESTEL ER NIET, GEEFT ALLEEN MAAR ELLENDE EN STRESS betaal wat meer bij een gerenommeerd bedrijf in Nederland die ook telefonisch bereikbaar zijn en een goed retour beleid hebben.... prijs is niet alles.... bij Motointergrator is GOEDKOOP DUURKOOP

Wij begrijpen hoe vervelend het is wanneer een product niet overeenkomt met de beschrijving op de website en wanneer het retourproces ingewikkeld verloopt. Uw opmerkingen over de productinformatie, retourzending en bereikbaarheid nemen wij zeer serieus. We werken continu aan het verbeteren van onze website en onze processen om dergelijke situaties in de toekomst te voorkomen.
Onze klantenservice is inderdaad per e-mail en telefonisch bereikbaar, en eerder lofzang dan klachten komen er over onze klantenservice binnen. Uw reactie op mijn collega’s verbaast me ten hoogste. Mocht er nog steeds een openstaand probleem zijn met uw bestelling of retourzending, willen wij u vragen om opnieuw contact met ons op te nemen via 085 66 66 766, zodat wij dit samen met u kunnen oplossen.
Nogmaals onze excuses voor het ongemak. We hopen dat we uw vertrouwen in ons kunnen herstellen.

They're an unreliable company. Don't Order

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE IS SHIT AND THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF. I have a headlight where all the mounting points were broken. I finally had one made from the old headlight and the junk headlight. It cost me €180 extra, and returning it wasn't an option because Welldoneparts.com wouldn't answer, charged me €100 in shipping, and wouldn't supply me with a new headlight and wouldn't cover the costs. The headlight in its original condition wasn't even worth €150... Don't fall for it; their service is terrible, and they're hiding behind their terms of delivery, which violate European regulations. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

NOTE: They will respond to my review and deny everything... but in their webshop the lamp was not broken but complete... they even had more headlights for sale, but they will not send another more... they say very hard that they do not have any more. They are SCAMMERS.

The item you received was a used original part, as described and shown in the photos on our website. All products are sold in the condition stated in the listing, and any visible defects are documented.

You have the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, at your own expense. This is standard for B2C online sales unless the seller states otherwise.

After receiving the return and confirming its condition, we will issue a full refund for the product value (€400). Shipping fees (€50) are clearly marked as non-refundable in our Terms and Conditions:

Additionally, we must state that we have received multiple emails from this customer containing threats and attempts at blackmail, including demands for a partial refund in exchange for removing a negative review and withdrawing a payment dispute.

Such behavior is unacceptable and may constitute a violation of Article 12 of Directive 2005/29/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices, as well as civil or criminal liability under defamation and coercion laws.

We remain fully committed to resolving this matter legally and fairly, but we will not respond to threats or tolerate defamatory statements.

We invite the customer once again to follow the proper return procedure so we can resolve the case in accordance with the law and our policies.

PLEASE NOTE they are SCAMMERS..

PLEASE NOTE they are SCAMMERS... they do not send what is on the website, photos differ and the items are not correct but they do charge a lot for shipping. I ordered a headlight for KIA, paid €400,- and €50,- shipping, the lamp on the website was complete and undamaged.
What did they send me, a lamp from a damaged car where all the mounting points were broken off, lamp worthless, rubbish.
They will not send me another lamp, while they still have another one in stock. I have to send the old one back at my own expense for €50,- to get the €400,- back. I have to wait and see if I get my money back.
I am €100,- lighter and they can scam someone else with that headlight..... DON'T FALL FOR IT THEY ARE REALLY SCAMMERS.

Let op...PLEASE NOTE .......they will come up with a counter response just like with all the bad reviews about their company that it is not true and that they did send the product as on their website..... DO NOT FALL FOR IT they sell junk, not what they promise and that they do not refund the shipping costs under any circumstances is contrary to European regulations... I think they will make money from it

Uitkering polis1106076307..

Uitkering polis1106076307... die partij doet er alles aan om zolang mogelijk de uitkering van het te goed vast te houden.... Zou in mei een polis uit gekeerd krijgen, was in november nog niet geregeld, ze gaan ervan uit dat iedereen zomaar met een mobiel of laptop om kan gaan en zich prijs geeft .... het kan niet eens via mijn tussen persoon die ook de identiteit kan waarborgen.... daarbij moet het bedrag bij geschreven worden op het bankrekening nummer waar het 45 jaar vanaf is geschreven..... Je kunt niet in contact komen, telefonisch of mail wordt niet of slecht op gereageerd, zelfs niet via je account is het niet om te doen... wat eenbwasrdelois groep is Reaal Verzekeringen, in een woord CUT

Als er staat verpakking beschadigd

Als er staat verpakking beschadigd, ontvang je het product in een dunne folie.
Wordt erg ruw met de producten omgegaan, ze raken beschadigd en staan door elkaar opgestapeld in de bedrijfswagen zonder bescherming.

Alles klopte precies

Alles klopte precies, prijs goed en snelle levertijd ondanks de 3-4 dagen dat uitgeleverd werd. Niemand kon meer die uitlaat leveren en wie wel kon leveren was veel duurder en minimaal 6-8 weken levertijd.
