Goede service, foutje in de levering werd meteen rechtgezet.

Zeer snelle levering, afmetingen klopten. Tevreden!

Pakket neergegooid voor de voordeur en chauffeur zat al in de auto toen ik opendeed. Als ik niet thuis was geweest had hij het pakket dus onbewaakt en in volle zicht van voorbijgangers laten liggen. Inhoud beschadigd door het hardhandig neergooien.

Today delivery was quick but the package was (again) left on our doorstep in full sight of all passing traffic, instead of putting it behind the house or at least at the side entrance, out of sight. Luckily I was home soon after and could take it inside before someone took it.
So many packages get lost/stolen, and putting them out of sight to avoid this is so easy, yet DPD disappoints in this time after time. It's a matter of time before I have to report a stolen package, if this continues...

I explicitely mentioned in the drop off information to deliver it at the back door, not the front door, as it was an expensive package. Nevertheless the package was dropped of at the front door, in view of everyone passing by. Luckily I was on time to pick it up, but putting it on the front door is really asking for it to be stolen. Why provide the option to specify delivery details when they are not considered? This is not the first time, either...

EDIT: coincidence or not, the day after posting this review customer service got in touch and send the order again, which I have now received. Adjusting my rating.

Ordered on April 26th. Got a mail saying the shipment had been ‘notified’ to DHL. Supposed to arrive on May 9th. Didn’t receive anything and the tracking info still said ‘shipment notified but not yet received by DHL’. Mailed customer service on May 9th and got an email the same day saying they ‘could see in the shipment info that the package had shipped and would arrive no later than May 16th. On May 16th still no package and the tracking info still said a notification of a coming shipment had been received by DHL but the package itself had not yet been received by them. Emailed customer service again twice since then but received no answer. We’re almost one month past order date and I have no products, no refund and no communication. Avoid!

Reeds 18 bestellingen geplaatst, en telkens zonder enig probleem wegens Coolblue. Als er onverhoopt toch een probleem was met een defect product werd het meteen en op kosten van Coolblue vervangen. Ook steeds perfecte klantendienst zodat je met een gerust hart kan bestellen. Zelfs wanneer je enkel een productvraag hebt, zoals mijn schoonvader die 30 minuten lang uitleg kreeg over GPS-toestellen, word je zonder morren vriendelijk geholpen.
