Allt började med två studenter i Linköping Det är många som har läst om vårt journalsystem Cambio COSMIC under de senaste månaderna. Men det är inte alla som har koll på vår historia, som är mer än 30 år lång. Den började med två studenter i Linköping i början av 90-talet. De fick ett uppdrag: att bygga ett digitalt journalsystem åt en privat läkarklinik. De behövde ett system som var enkelt, tillgängligt och säkert för användare och patienter. Studenterna var våra grundare Tomas Mora-Morrison och Håkan Mattsson och uppdraget blev starten på något mycket större. I dag är Cambio här: 📍 19 av 21 svenska regioner använder eller är på väg att införa våra journalsystem 📍 Över hälften av Sveriges kommuner använder våra digitala plattformar för vård och omsorg  📍 Vi har fler än 1 000 medarbetare, varav ca 700 i Sverige (inte minst i Linköping!) En ökad och smartare digitalisering kommer att vara avgörande för att utveckla hälso- och sjukvården framöver. Det är den resan vi finns till för att stötta. Det handlar om mer än journalsystem. Vi ser stora möjligheter att göra kvaliteten på vården bättre samtidigt som vi gör det enklare att vara både patient och medarbetare. Det finns många utmaningar och det krävs samarbete. Vi är övertygade om att det är möjligt. Mycket har hänt sen 1993, men de båda grundarna arbetar fortfarande aktivt med att stötta svensk vård. Tomas sitter i vår styrelse, och Håkan arbetar som utvecklare. Båda med en vilja att fortsätta utveckla vården i Sverige. Är du nyfiken på oss? Also, configuration and maintenance of the CI/CD pipelines. They also build tools & operational processes to improve the efficiency of the entire organization. Job Description ⬇️ ✅ Key Responsibilities: • Provide on-site support for end-user issues as part of the IT Service Desk. • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, software, network systems, and conference devices. • Provide end-user support for day-to-day IT issues, laptop replacements, updates, maintenance, hardware inventory, and warranty claims. • Provide proactive, high-quality end-user support aligned with business priorities and user needs plus documentation. ✅ Requirements and Skills: • Degree or higher diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field. • Strong interest in IT hardware and software troubleshooting. • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems. • Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with end-users. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. • Required to work onsite five days a week.
