Je suis très satisfaite des deux montures commandées (sans les verres correcteurs) totalement conformes à leur présentation sur le site. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié le soin apporté à la préparation du colis.
Je commanderai à nouveau avec plaisir.

Agréablement surprise , ravie de ma commande , les lunettes sont belles et comme décrites sur le site , les verres bien adaptés à ma vue et le colis est arrivé 6 jours avant la date annoncée..

I had to buy new glasses immediately, after my old pair of polycarbonate lenses turned cloudy again. I needed my new glasses in a hurry and took the advice of others who had ordered from Zeelool before. I loved the ability to upload a photo and then see yourself in the glasses, in real time. The Zeelool website was easy to use; uploading a photo, choosing the frames, uploading/entering the prescription and choosing the glasses frames with additional lens features. The price was very reasonable, the glasses were very high quality, they included progressive lenses that were wider than normal and actually allowed me to read books without taking the glasses off or looking over the frames and they arrived in the short time frame that was given. I could have chosen to ship the glasses Internationally, but I used a U.S. mail forwarding system to do so and both pairs of glasses arrived intact and on-time at my International destination. I am very pleased with my glasses and will order from here again.

They sent two pairs of glasses. They didn’t give an example of what they looked like on a person and they are VERY big glasses and one pair is so distorted they are going to the trash. They will only give you a small partial payment for a refund or you can spend a fortune and send them back to China. Don’t buy them!!!

I love my glasses! I regularly get compliments on my Zeelool frames. There were so many options to customize the glasses and I loved all the stylish choices. Highly recommend!

Really cool looking glasses

I just received my new glasses from Zeelool. I love them it's my first time ordering from them. The glasses I bought fit me perfect they did a great job I'm so happy the prices are the best .I let my family members know so we will be ordering our glasses from Zeelool.The quality of the frame is better then the ones I bought at my eye doctor for hundreds of dollars.

Such a great experience! After placing my first order, I realized I had made a mistake when entering my prescription. I contacted Customer Service and they were incredible. They were extremely responsive and cancelled the order and issued a refund with no problem or pushback. I was able to enter my order correctly and have since placed several more orders which were delivered very quickly, in about one week from day of ordering, and the prescriptions are spot on for reading, computer work and driving at night. Love the fun frame styles and colors. Very happy with everything.

Ich habe mehrfach an Zeelool geschrieben. Brille steht mir 1. nicht und 2. sehe ich verschwommen. Jetzt gibt es weder Rückerstattung noch die Möglichkeit der Rücksendung mit der aber geworben wird. Ich empfehle es niemandem weiter. Der Kundendienst antwortet auch nicht mehr. Es ist schon ein bisschen Betrug meiner Meinung nach.

Qualité des lunettes au top, parfaitement conformes à ma commande, avec une livraison rapide. Rien à redire, si ce n’est que je recommande fortement ! 😊

Branches très laches,les lunettes tombent . Verres pas bien adaptés pour lecture de près. En revanche bien pour loin. J en ai commandé chez Firmoo et tout est parfait.

Très contente de mon achat, les lunettes me vont super bien, je recommande vivement.

Les lunettes sont tres belles et de très bonne qualité. Par contre il faut bien choisir pour la vision. Les progressives ont deux catégories. Il faut prendre les verres très fins et choisir la catégorie de vision plus élargie. Zeelool offre des réductions. Et le SAV est irréprochable. Le prix a un coup avec des verres progressifs à vision élargie MAIS beaucoup moin cher que chez l'opticien. Je recommande Zeelool pour la qualité, la précision, le tarif, et leur réactivité. Site très sérieux. Ce ne sont pas des lunettes low cost. Si vous voulez de bonnes lunettes il faut un minimum de prix. Les verres coûtent toujours plus chers. Zeelool est très sérieux et de très bonne qualité.

Elles sont belles, adaptées à ma vue et en plus on a le choix de rajouter l’amincissement l’anti lumière bleue tout ça tout ça quoi…

FONCEZ LES FILLES LES GARS VOUS NE REGRETTEREZ PAS!

Bien moins cher que chez l’opticien. De l’optique low cost mais D’EXCELLENTE QUALITÉ DIGNE DE CHEZ L’OPTICIEN FONCEZ!

À 25/30€ l’ensemble sérieux ça vaut le coup d’attendre !

Quand je lis que certaines trouvent le délai d’envoi long mais vous réfléchissez? Il y a le délai de fabrication + le délai d’envoi ! Chez l’opticien c’est 10jours d’attente là rajoutez l’envoi.!

Bref! FONCEZ VOUS FEREZ DES ÉCONOMIES!

I ordered a basic pair of readers. Upon receiving the quality and fit was unsatisfactory so I contacted Zeelool to request a refund. They do not offer any assistance with shipping back, that is the customer's responsibility. I had to wait until the weekend due to my work schedule and had to pay almost the full price of the readers to ship them back. So now I was out almost $50 total. After I confirmed they were received back they only mentioned that I would be getting paid a portion of what I initially spent, no shipping included. I explained again what I poor system they have set up and was told it would take 24 hours for a supervisor to approve paying back more of my money back. In less than a minute I was told they had it approved to give me back more of what I initially spent. At the end of this matter, I am still out of $22.63. If you just want standard readers with blue blocker, order from Amazon and do not waste time with Zeelool.

Ordered glasses and was excited to get them. When I put them on, they weren't even CLOSE to being the right prescription! I called and was on hold forever. The person that FINALLY answered was rude. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he hung up on me. I tried to call back and after being on hold for several minutes, their phone system comes on with a recorded message that says to save you time we are ending this call now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The site have great price and variety to choice from. There no red tape in understanding how to place a order or the arrival of your order
