It was easy to submit my application online and my passport arrived very quickly.

Process was easy. I applied with plenty of time. Well informed throughout the process. Only wish I’d gotten the America 250 passport!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I believed I was paying for my passport application, but after my payment was processed, I discovered that this company only prepares the paperwork. I still have to pay the full government passport fees separately, which I simply cannot afford.

I feel the website was confusing and did not make it clear enough that this is a third-party document preparation service and that the fee does not cover the actual passport or government fees. Had I understood that from the beginning, I would not have used this service.

I feel like I paid for something I could have done myself. I hope the company will do the right thing and issue a refund, as this service did not meet my expectations. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend using this service.

This is a scam website that charges you over a 100 dollars for forms you can pick up for free at the post office. They advertised there making the process easier but that's a lie. The customer enters all the info in the forms then they send u a pdf copy and charge 104 dollars for that service.

It was straightforward and easy to apply for a passport renewal. As long as you have all your necessary documents, it’s easy to follow and complete.

Fast and easy

SCAM. The 'Application Fee' goes directly to them, and this 130$ only covers you typing our your answers in a form. You only find out after the payment than it DOES NOTHING towards the passport fees. Im now concerned about them having my info.

When I called for a refund, they first tried to double down on the scam with offering me only 25% back. Argue back until they offer a full amount, and stay on the phone until the email comes through. Also request your info be erased.

The website is not great and the people (I hope they were!) helped me out. I'd like to thank them all as they got my card activated!

On 6/26/26 I put in the Google Search Bar, "Renew my passport". I thought I selected the government site, so I proceeded to renew my passport by clicking on the box where it indicated to do so. I entered all my personal information and more such as divorce finalized date. The cost was $132.07. However, after I paid, I thought it was strange that the site instructed me to download a packet. I clicked on it and that's when I realized I had been tricked. I thought I was renewing my passport, but they were just putting what I entered to renew my passport, into forms that I never viewed. I immediately emailed their customer service for a refund because I didn't download anything and they misled me. Jhun T emailed me back with a picture on their site that never appeared while I was on it, and told me I couldn't have a refund because they were a legitimate service. After a couple more emails, they offered me 25% and a couple days later, 50%. I did not respond to their offers for a partial refund. I had made an honest mistake because of the wording and web layout, with tiny print, that even looks like government writing. The web page in mobile layout is designed to make you think you're renewing your passport. Nowhere in the box that says "Renew your passport" does it say they are only preparing forms for you and that you have to pay for the Passport in addition to their service. This business is deceiving the public and then won't give you a refund, even if you don't download what they ask you to, so you have to fight it with your credit/debit card company or take a loss. They do not provide the service they say they do up front. The entire website address you are sent to when you click on the link to renew is not what it is when you go to the site in the email they send you.
I reported them to the BBB and disputed the transaction through my credit card company first thing in the morning on 7/1/26, when the transaction finally posted one week later. Three days into the dispute, they told me they were providing me with a full refund. They still claim they are a legitimate business. The cost difference is $2.07 more from the actual cost of $130 to renew my passport, which I did right after the scam. I noticed the correct passport government site warns about these scams. Even though they say they aren't affiliated with the government on their website, the way it is designed, you don't notice it until it is too late. I also reported them to the FTC.

This process made my life much easier. I'm so grateful I don't have to deal with the drive, parking, and navigating of the airport to do the in-person global entry interview. Thank you to Hazel for providing this deep exhale in my life these days :)

No issues at all applying to update my passport. The instructions were straight forward. The turnaround time from when I mail and when I received was much shorter than expected.

Experience was seamless. Only issues was not printing out the full forms
