This is a scam! Leads you to believe you are on a government web site right until they get all your info including SS# and credit card not a secure site beware total scam. you get nothing and misinformation on how to get your passport!

I was beyond shocked at how quickly my passport renewal took to complete. Very impressed that I mailed it on a Tuesday and by the following Monday I had already received an email indicating it had been processed and in the works to be shipped. Great job.

I thought I was renewing my passport through an official U.S. passport website, but later realized this is a third-party service. After paying, the only thing I received was an email with forms that are already available through the U.S. Department of State. I canceled the very next day before anything was submitted on my behalf. They initially offered me only a 30% refund, and after I refused, increased it to 50%, which still felt unreasonable given how little had been done.

The website gave the impression of being an official passport service, which was confusing. My experience was disappointing, and I believe customers should clearly understand that this is a private company charging an additional service fee. I recommend reading everything carefully before making a payment and comparing it with the official government passport renewal process.

The website is styled to appear as an official or government-affiliated passport service, though I have since learned it is a private, third-party business not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State.
I believed I was paying for passport renewal services and paid $130 via cashier's check on July 13th."I received only a pre-filled PDF of a standard passport application form, which is available for free directly from the U.S. Department of State's official website (travel.state.gov)."To date, I have not received any service, document, or communication of value in exchange for this payment."
I have since learned that this business is the subject of an existing BBB warning and Scam Tracker reports (78+ as of publicly available information), describing a consistent pattern of consumers being misled into believing they are on an official government website, charged fees for forms that are available for free, and denied full refunds even when requested.
Because I paid via cashier's check rather than credit card, I do not have access to a chargeback or dispute process through a bank or card issuer, which makes recovering these funds significantly more difficult without direct resolution from the business.
RESOLUTION REQUESTED
I am requesting a full refund of $130, paid via cashier's check on July 13th, 2025, as I did not receive the passport renewal service I believed I was purchasing, and the business's practices appear consistent with the deceptive pattern already documented by the BBB.

Although I would have like to have had a phone converstation with her. Regardless the situaion was handled in a timely manner and very professional.

Obtaining a passport was easier than I had expected. It was easier than renewing my driving license. I had also thought I would not receive anything for 6-8 weeks; however, I had my passport in my hands within 30 days.

They charge $121.58 to email you a PDF application. This does not cover any actual cost for the passport, which I was mistaken about. I contacted customer support upon realizing my mistake and they simply say that this is the cost of their convenient service! Do not use this website, there are cheaper ways to apply, you can just freely download the DS-11. I did not know and I hope that this helps others avoid this stupid, enraging mistake that not only cost me the unnecessary fee but may also delay my passport coming in time due to the misunderstanding with the expense not paying for the actual passport.
