zero stars actually, like the others here, I was robbed, July 2026, reported to bank but not much hope of seeing the £320 again, headphones for my son's birthday.
As others tracking worked first few days, although the tracking is not a recognized delivery company's tracking, something they had made up as part.of the ploy

I "bought" a Canon 90d from this company. Their pre-sale communication was excellent, and I followed the "tracking" of the camera from Germany for a over a week, and then all communication stopped. Know what I'm saying folks?

We have been scammed out of 450 pounds we thought we had bought a camera never turned up even sent tracking details getting intouch with companies house to report them do not part with any money too them

You have been in business a long time ? So why have you just started getting reviews ?

Your phone number doesn’t work ! Your chat is inactive ? You don’t respond to emails - your company address is not real.
Explain why your phone number on the website is not a real number / You have started responding to messages even the “great price, so happy with my warranty” - who actually speaks like that on real life ?
This is not a real company - I also do not break any guidelines. Everything I say is 100% fact

That SCAMMERS removed mybtracking site, their website and now they've got new website. THEY TRY TO CHEAT PEOPLE AGAIN. If you had a problem with them, please report it to online fraud department. I did it with my bank and police site. Their new website: Stakelia.com They've got few positive opinion here, on Trustpilot, probably written by themselves. Brazen thieves

They dont even deserve a 1 star rating as they dont respond to any contact. They are alleged to be a UK based company yet the parcel is tracked as international. Fed up of trying to get a reply from them so will be contacting my bank if no contact is made from them. The tracking is no longer available & neither is there site. Seems completely dodgy to me. I saved to buy this item as I thought I had found a good deal. Wish I used my own advice that i give others that if a deal sounds to good to be true, then it usually is. Hope Techtinx are proud of themselves.

The entire website has been taken down now - until they change their name and relaunch no more scamming. I bought mine using American Express and refunded me instantly - that’s another red flag 🚩

This company is a scam. The phone number dose not work. They don't answer emails and the tracking numbers are fake. And when you mention the tracking to them they block you. I spent £649.99 on a camera. It has never arrived. And they dont reply to emails. And there is no way to contact them. I have done some screen records lucky as I can't get on the tracking anymore. I will be uploading a YouTube video about this company. Avoid this company at all costs.

3weeks after ordering and paying for goods no delivery. I have attempted numerous times to engage via chat facility and email with limited response. Today I emailed support again requesting a full refund for goods not received and now the email containing tracking of parcel has been removed.. host not existing. Please do not order from this company as they look and sound the business but as I have discovered they are scammers

Purchase a hot tub on their website, payment details comes through as Ax-Tech Solutions Ltd London GBR. I received several shipping updates with no courier details / presumably fake shipping information to make you think your item is coming. It’s been over 15 days and no item. They have been reported to authorities including companies house, fraud squad,

A scam at best. Looking at all the other reviews and having the exactly the same tracking messages I have reported them. The active tech company detailed on the tracking is a virtual office and if the payment went through Starmagic GB. They give red flags and are used by these scammers to accept payment. I ordered this 16th June and to date not received anything. They answered all my tracking questions but since I informed them of my actions with my bank the emails have stopped. If. Your are in a similar situation screenshot you tracking as I’m sure they will remove it if. You take any action

I would like to have given this a 0 star rating, but that's not possible so had to stick with 1. I would NOT advise anyone to shop from here. Whether they're legitimate or not is still a question mark. I placed an order on the 16th of June and it is now the 9th of July and I am yet to receive my parcel (if I do). I've sent countless amount of emails, which they respond back with lies, rather than an actual update. The tracking information is completely fabricated just to scam people into thinking their package is on the move - it is not! Whenever I have asked for the whereabouts of my parcel and when it will arrive, I just get a roundabout response back. You are better off paying the extra 100s to actually receive your item rather than shopping from this place for a discounted amount.

I’d give zero stars if it were possible. I don’t even think this is a real company but some kind of scam. I tried to buy a lawnmower from them a few days ago and initially tried to pay via ApplePay, which gave a strange error saying the transaction was denied due to possible fraud. I tried again entering card details manually and received the same error.

On checking my email I noted I had been sent two order confirmations, saying my order(s) had been received and paid for by credit card. I obviously didn’t need two mowers so contacted them via live chat to rectify. I explained the issue to the rep who merely stated that ‘other customers pay just fine’ and that they would be writing to me soon (?).

This attitude set off alarm bells and I immediately froze my card and contacted my bank, who recommended cancelling the card - so I’ve now gone through the hassles of that. Their phone number rings a few times and then drops the call. Subsequently I noticed that the TrustPilot information on their site is false and what looks like a link to their reviews, isn’t. I reported them to Revolut (they list them as the payment service) but they wouldn’t give me any information unless I was a partner.

I’ve seen answers to negative reviews from them on here arguing that they have contacted the customer and sorted issues etc. but rest assured the above is a true review and no one had sorted out anything. Their prices prove the old adage - if something looks too good to be true, it probably is. Caveat emptor!

The company ignores customers. Their live customer support chat don't respond. I sent them many messages and they didn't reply for any of them.Nobody pick up phone calls or reply for emails. My item should arrive within 10 days. I wait nearly 3 weeks and nothing! When I tracked my parcel it was in Hamburg, Edinburgh, Glasgow - a few days in each place for custom service. IT'S PROBABLY A SCAM. DON'T BUY THERE or believe in false positive opinions probably added by them!!! I will wait few more days and update

Great store. I picked up a pressure washer and it works great. The pressure is really powerful. It comes with different attachments, just like the ones in the photo. This is my second order and I'm thrilled with the prices.

Suspiciously cheap prices too good to be true and a high score review link in trustpilot colurs that does not click through
