Its a scam ordered and paid for a hoover 10th July heard nothing since

Scam. Same story as the other reviews, ordered an electrical item, tracked up and down the UK and then the tracking link stops working and the website has disappeared.

Just an update
After the first website was shut down (Techtinx) and rebadged at Stakelia - this has now been shut down as well

All details remain the same on companies house.

There is a further website launched but appears to have been shut down immediately after the complaint

Company advertises items at a cheap price, to draw you in, accepts your order, takes your money, by QEBPAY in Bordeaux, you get a order number , a tracking number, then updates about import, export custom checks, arrival in Edingburgh, then to Glasgow , then nothing, website gone, phone not answering. Certain this is a con. have instructed bank for recovery of charges, see if i can get a refund. product is way past delivery date quoted. This firm needs investigating. I would give no stars if i could.

Ordered some goods to the value of £290 they didn’t arrive in the time stipulated 5to10 working days. I contacted the company and they just said it was in transit but no date was given when asked. I then sent an email cancelling the order and and asked for a full refund, no goods no refund to date and now cannot contact them website not responding and the phone number is no longer available.

0 star rating, this company is a scam, they just take your money and no goods too arrive, ordered a tent over 15 + days ago, tracked it all the way to nescastl , , load of rubbish its never been on its way

STAKELIA this Company is a scam and it uses QUAPAY when you pay !!!! please do do not use this Company it is a scam with bogus tracking claiming shipment from aboard and having to go though customs clearance there and again in Edinburgh !!!!!no answer to emails and phone and web chat!!!! Then after delay after delay with the tracking App suddenly it disappears altogether with no way of contacting them DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Like other reviews order never arrived with nonsensical tracking info. Have started a claim back through my bank. Do not buy from Stakelia !!!

i ordered a drone on the 24/7/26, i received confirmation the same day from Stakelia confirming they have received my payment and goods should be with me 9-10 working days except weekends, i have tried to contact the company for an update 0n my delivery via emails and i have had a response saying their customer support team will respond, since then i have had no response after several attempts to contact them via emails and phone calls which literally go nowhere. my advice is do not send these scammers your money, i've learned the hard way don't become their next victim. i didn't check them out first,so do your homework check the internet, trustpilot, ( i wish i had) it will save you a lot of heartache and your hard earned money. lets hope these scammers get what's coming.

I ordered a lawnmower at £180 got the ru. About big style sent me what was very convincing, that had it all over the uk but the correct place.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS 100% READ THE REVIEWS

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Like others I received endless nonsensical tracking but no product. On further investigation I found the company, whilst registered with companies house, has not employees and not revenue stream. The telephone number cuts off before connecting and the 'chat' on the website is never answered live. All in all I fear the whole thing is a con.

Ordered a hoover for £299.99 and it's never arrived.
Single mum with special needs daughter so cannot afford to lose that money but clearly they have scammed me.
Phone number isn't right, sent numerous emails and through the chat that no one ever answers.
Clearly automated emails saying recieved order but then nothing since

This company is a scam I bought a Dyson for which I paid £ 259.99 I should have known better as it was so much less expensive than any other site . However I was mislead by positive reviews on here . I have been sent ridiculous tracking details which show it has meandered around the country and finally on the tracking it says they attempted a delivery but no one was in which isn’t true .
I have made numerous attempts to contact the company by phone and email but have had no response . Do not buy anything from this website

This company has taken my money, but not delivered the goods! 18 days and counting. The telephone number does not work. I think fraud has gone on here.

BE AWARE!!!! This company is a SCAM! They try to still your money. Their phone number is fake, check it. Live chat is not responding in exact time. They will be ignore you and sending you fake tracking site, without courier details, etc. Your delivery will be late and you will have limited contact with them.Don't believe in positive opinions- they are fake. Techtinx, scam company who was responsible for many frauds, removed their website and change their name for Stakelia. Check Techtinx reviews, they are cheaters. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!
