My order placed on 26/08/2026 with expected delivery on 28/08/2026 remains undelivered.

Last scanned by DHL on 28/08/2026; nothing thereafter. Contact with Tredz customer services daily by email, phone and live chat has brought no resolution.

I remain without the bike and other items nearly 2 weeks on following initial order. The items are clearly not going to arrive and are presumed lost or stolen and Tredz are doing nothing to resolve the issue.
It seems allowing their failings and that of third parties they contract to deliver items to impact customers is acceptable.

Fast delivery, good customer service.

Did a big order for a bike on the cycle to work scheme and also bought some accessories.
there was a small issue with the bike lock but the online chat facility sorted it out and arranged for it to be returned and a replacement sent out.
all really good.

Quick response and efficient service. Never a problem with these guys.

Sellotape damage on the box of returned shoes which were nowhere near the correct size, they scored 20% of the order, for NOTHING.

BEWARE .

Initially, we received a Dirt Jumper bike very quickly, which was great. Unfortunately, the bike broke after 3 weeks (the whole crank shat fell out). I got the bike fixed, and then it broke again. I reported to Tredz via email and they have been extremely slow with their response, and even though the bike is under warranty, they will only offer £35 to cover the cost. The actual cost to fix this would be over £100. Really poor service. I am now stuck with a broken bike that's 8 weeks old I can't use.

Tried to speak to someone re a cycle on the Bike scheme through work.No phone number and directs you to a chat box that basically gives you every option it can that doesn’t answer you question. Seems like it’s a big deal to speak to a human where the chat bot can’t answer your question E mailed them asking for a call back, no one has so I’ll go to another supplier that values a spend of our £1000 enough to let a human call you back The delivery comments on other reviews are a concern

Ordered a bike through my employer’s Cycle to Work scheme. It’s been a frustrating experience from start to finish.

After the voucher was issued, there was no update for 2–3 days until I called customer support myself, who then manually placed the order. I then had to wait further for the “admin team” to redeem the voucher before anything moved forward.

I was eventually told the bike had been built, tested, and shipped. Since then, DHL has delayed the parcel for over two weeks, and neither Tredz nor DHL have been able to give me any real answers. Tredz support staff have repeatedly promised to chase the delivery team and get back to me “by the end of the day” — this has not happened once.

It’s frustrating that redeeming the voucher and taking the order was quick and painless, but as soon as something goes wrong, there is no accountability or support. I’ve now used two days of annual leave waiting in for a bike that never arrived, and spent over two hours on the phone across multiple calls to Tredz, with still no resolution or update.

Communication throughout has been consistently poor. If your order goes smoothly, fine — but if anything goes wrong, be prepared to chase it entirely yourself with no real help from either Tredz or DHL.

Ordered a bike from Tredz, delivery date agreed, 2 weeks later and nothing. 7 calls to Tredz to try and sort, lovely people but no action, raised a complaint by email, no response. Bike still not delivered 2 weeks later

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, I contacted them, including photographic evidence and they still have not replied..

Will never trust them, bad enough they have done nothing, not even bothering to acknowledge my message is beyond unprofessional.

Prompt delivery, very satisfied with the product.

Supplied kit looks good.
They lose a point as my technical question was answered several days after the order arrived.

Ordered a bike online never get delivered and I had to chase the customer service for a week trying to understand the delivery issue they were facing. Very poor customer services.

Missing parts , Order delayed ,Delivery service poor , long wait on support no help at all on getting my order to me.
still waiting after more than 7 days :-(.
Can i cancel and return everything ?

Tredz was easy to buy bike from but they’re courier choice is shambles, tracking said delivery would be the 3rd sep, stayed in and nothing came, checked tracking it then said delivery delayed be next day, never came again, emailed DHL they just apologised but I still have no idea when to expect delivery, now I’m back to work so they probably won’t deliver because it requires a signature, Tredz obviously thinks it has been delivered because they sent happy new bike email it is now the 7th still no delivery date

Simple ordering process and quick delivery. Good products and prices and easy return process.
