価格は安いが問題はDHL

日本でも人気のあるブランドが安く買えるのは素晴らしい。
しかし発送がDHLなのが非常に残念だ。
DHLは手数料や低価格による免税などが一切無く、かなり高く付くので日本からの購入はお勧め出来ない。

I am happy to hear that you have found our prices so reasonable and that we offer plenty of brands to your location. We are limited in regards to the couriers we can use to ship items to International customers, and DHL is our only option at this time. You should have had the option to pre-pay taxes and duties at the checkout stage of your order when ordering through our website.

Definitely, best store I’ve ever used

I’m using this store to find my next shoes.
Their services is always great. When I have some question about product, returning, shipping, etc, it’s literally the quickest of the online-stores I’ve been using. This makes customers feel relieved for sure. I live in Japan and products are sent by DHL, and this is very quick. It’s as well when we return stuff to Sigmasport.
And of course, their pricing of products are amazing. Now I’m thinking to get Giro shoes and it’s almost a half price in my country.
It’s 100% sure that I’ll use Sigmasport when I need something else.

まず、カスタマーサービスが非常に早いです。どんな質問でもチャットで一切待たされることなくすぐお返事がいただけます。靴のような製品の履き心地などにも詳しいスタッフがいるようです。また、DHLによる発送はめちゃくちゃ早いですね。4日で着きます。返品も1週間で返金されました。今のところ全くノートラブルで非常に信頼できると思います。価格設定も魅力的で、頻繁にセールがありますしそもそも素で国内よりはるかに安いです。次何か必要なものがあったらもちろんまたここを使いたいですね。

Regretfully these shipping restrictions are set in place either by the manufacturer or supplier rather than ourselves. This is to help control market-specific pricing and stock availability.

Selling OEM/BULK item as retail item intentionally!

They sell OEM/BULK item as retail item intentionally!
意図的にOEM/バルク品をリテール品として売ってます!

When I bought retail item, they shipped OEM/BULK item.
リテール品を注文したら、OEM/バルク品を送ってきました。
I asked to Customer care about mis-shipping.
But they say below...
カスタマーサービスへ誤出荷を問い合わましたが、下記のように言われました。

This does not normally cause an issue for our customers as they will unbox...blah blah.
(意訳)通常、開けて使うものだから問題ない

What a mess !

If you don't want to warry about item condition, I recommend other bicycle shop (Evans, Wiggle etc)
商品の状態を気にしたくないなら、他のバイクショップ(Evans, Wiggleとか)をオススメします。

If there are retail items that you really want, you should not believe their image of the item.
本当に欲しいリテール品があっても、商品画像を信用しないでください。

As you have purchased many inner tubes from us which I presume is to sell onto a third party we appreciate you may need the packaging, we have a mixture of stock boxed/unboxed from our supplier.

We sell 1000's of these inner tubes boxed and unboxed, this is done to offer you as the customer the very best price online, including very cheap and fast shipping to your location.

I'm sorry if you feel you have been misled, that certainly isn't our intention on these inner tubes or any items we sell online.

大変早く到着して驚きました！

大変早く到着して驚きました。ただ国際郵便のDHLが税金支払い代行手数料として¥1000も支払うのは勘弁して欲しいです。仮に支払っても¥500でしょう。せっかくお値打ちに購入できても意味がない。
