Emails going to quarantine/spam
Our emails were going to clients quarantine or spam which made it extremely difficult to communicate. When i created a ticket for tech support they followed up with testing. They found the DKIM was not set up correctly which solved most of the issues but we still had some emails going to spam. Tech support then tested email delivery to gmail, outlook and yahoo and found that Microsoft sent emails to spam. They then followed up with Microsoft to correct the issue. Thank you Tech support for you continual perseverance in correcting the issues.

Very secure website configuration with lots of firewall protections ... which means it takes longer to get into the actual program you're trying to access, but the security is worth it.

Scala Hosting gave quick responses to issues or questions I had as well as simple heads up emails for important server changes or updates. Uptime has been great as well, just as advertised.

Great hosting provider.
Been with Scala for about 6 months now. Great team. Support is always available to fix things. Spanel is much easier to use than Cpanel. Really glad we switched to Scala.

Scalahosting was easy to implement. They assisted with migrating my old email accounts. I can not be more satisfied with the company and its services. Their customer service has been equally satisfactory. So far so good!
