I enquired about a Prius on their watsapp, stupid guy call me midnight to ask me why i didn’t reply for previous emails, ofcourse the price was high and i was not interested, sheeeeet customer service.

I bought a landcruiser 80 for considerable amount..
Asked all the questions condition and was it mechanically sound - i was reassured that it was so bought it.
Day one jeep cutting out - finally got to root of problem, fuel and injector pump shot and sending metal filings through the fuel system - injectors fried as well. Costing me 5k euro.
Doesnt stop there ... while I was waiting for my cruiser I bought a 93 hilux surf- It looked good in photos- i asked if any rust not visible in photos and told there wasnt -
Bought it and a few weeks later I get the independent photos from the shipping exporter- destroyed with rust. Fairly sure the original advertisement photos were doctored because one of the doors has substantial rust and that isn't visible in the add photos-
Got onto the agent who basically gave me the two fingers and then has changed his number messages no longer delivering.
Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

I recently tried using their website and communicated with one of their agents named Shinya. Each time I found a car on their site and asked him about it, he returned with a higher price than what was publicly listed. This happened repeatedly, and it immediately made the buying process feel unclear.

On top of that, his tone in messages often felt mocking or dismissive.

Overall, the combination of inconsistent prices and unprofessional communication left me uncomfortable continuing with the service.

After this happened, I noticed another customer had posted a review describing a similar interaction with the same agent, which reinforced my decision to stop using the service. Seeing that encouraged me to share my own experience as well.

I ended up buying a car through a competitor website, where the experience was straightforward and smooth.

I had a seriously disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company, particularly with a representative named Shinya.

Every time I expressed interest in a car on their website, I was told shortly afterward that the local dealer had just increased the price, sometimes by up to +5%. This happened repeatedly, raising major concerns about the accuracy and transparency of their listings.

The whole experience felt misleading and completely eroded my trust in their service.

There are other platforms that are far more reliable, transparent, and trustworthy. I strongly recommend considering those instead.

I have had a great experience with Goo Net. I Purchased my 2002 Subaru Legacy B4 from them around August 1st and received it here in Denmark on December 28th . A special thanks to Shinya which I was in regular contact with throughout the whole process through both mail, whatsapp and phone calls.
I definitely recommend to use them if anyone is looking to import from Japan.
