Amazing experience, ordered around 4pm and received the item the following morning. Can't fault them at all!

Bought an iPhone in short supply everywhere else. Was delivered the next day.

Absolutely terrible service this time! I have used before and it’s always been great. Our washing machine was due to be delivered last Friday. It is now Sunday and it is still not here. I have no idea when it will come. On speaking to several customer services reps they say they don’t know either as the courier can’t be contacted. Apparently I can’t get a refund to sort this out this weekend because I need to ‘wait to refuse to accept it when it arrives’! Fuming !

Your delivery driver a lad tried to con me out of £20 for taking my old appliances away. Both were quite intimidating. I feel sorry other people they try this on who my have paid them. This was a service I had already paid for. Would put me off ordering again.

Had to return the item. I did so in perfect condition very fast. They took 25% of my refund because it was apparently damaged. I’m renovating 2 of my kitchens, potentially spending £3000-£5000 on appliances. But if they want to charge me to return an item i ordered by mistake ( and re ordered the correct from your website ) I will be going elsewhere to spend my money. You charged me £20 to re stock an item. But you lost out on £5000 + of orders 😂😂 very strange if you ask me. I’m now using currys. Much better customer service. I’m in the building trade dealing with 100’s of new builds and customers. Your website will never ever be recommended by me.

Very easy to place order and arrange a delivery day to suit me. The evening before I was given a 2 hour time slot for delivery and was kept informed of progress. It was very helpful that I could track the courier progress live time on a map. He also called me about 30 minutes before arriving.
I had ordered quite a large fridge/freezer it was delivered by just one person but he soon had it in my kitchen and all packaging removed and taken away along with my old fridge/freezer. He was very polite and professional. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend them

Sink arrived with no packaging and dented. Emailed company with photos, no reply. Phoned company, they sent a portal link and closed enquiry quickly. Asked them to reopen to allow us to upload photos - we uploaded photos and the enquiry has been closed on the portal due to "lack of communication" Total mess, wouldn't use again and we are stuck with unwanted dented sink.

Very good overall. The process of buying and receiving goods worked smoothly, next day delivery, great communication.

Easy to use site, great selection and unbelievably fast delivery, great service

Purchased a refurbished model from their web site. Unseen and no description. It appears to work well but I was extremely disappointed to see noticeable dents and marks on the freezer. The saving between new and refurbished wasn't that much and I may have preferred to pay more for a new unmarked model.
Delivery was excellent, driver very helpful.

I ordered and paid for a laptop from Laptops Direct, but I still have not received it. DPD marked the parcel as delivered on 3 September 2026 at 12:22, but it was delivered somewhere else and recorded as received by a person named “MALIK”, whom I do not know. The delivery photograph shows what appears to be a reception or counter, but there is no reception at my address. I reported the problem to Laptops Direct and provided the available evidence. I am still waiting for them to resolve this and tell me where my laptop was actually delivered. I paid for a laptop and expect either my laptop to be delivered to me or the matter to be resolved promptly.
