Incompetent or lying customer service
I was away for a few days when the item was dispatched, so I contacted their customer service via live chat on a Tuesday and asked if they could reschedule the delivery for Friday. The agent said they’d contacted the delivery service and this was all sorted. However the delivery was still attempted that day, so obviously the driver didn’t get the message. The next day (Wednesday) it was showing as out for delivery again. So again I contacted customer service and again they told me that they’ve rescheduled it for Friday. Thursday rolls around and again it shows as out for delivery! Again I contact customer service, and again I’m assured that it’s been rescheduled for Friday. This time (on Thursday) they attempt the delivery again, and when that fails, the order is marked as returned and refunded!
So 3 days in a row I ask them to reschedule for Friday. 3 days in a row they lie to me and tell me that’s been done. When I complain about this, they offer me 4 euros worth of store credit as compensation. 4 euros on a £1099 order after all this failure! I ask for this to be escalated to a manager urgently so that I can get my item delivered (this is about 2 hours after the last delivery attempt, so they obviously still have the item) I hear nothing back.
Now the item I ordered is not even available anymore.

😡Never buy products from joy buy
😡Never buy products from joy buy . They are selling very dump products. First I have order trike the part was missing I have requested for replacement they agreed and then sent me refund instead of replacement and telling me like that product is not available. If this is hepppen is future. Why did you generat replacement you didn't tell me anything about refund when you process for refund. I have bought that for my son's birthday now they gave me refund and telling me that we don't have product available. I have made another order different colour with higher price now I have got defective. Now what they said wait for 12 hour we been talking with manufacturer. What kind of service and product are you selling. I will put kind of this review frequent of time so people can aware and stop buying from you. I going to delete my account from your website because you never understand customers.
