Delivery was right on time. Hard to review a product that is a long term item.

Easy ordering, however the shipment was split in two and only the 1st tracking number was visible on the check my order page, so I thought incorrectly that my order wasn't shipped. Had I seen the second tracking number I would have known the order was split. Otherwise a great experience.

Installed a big blue carbon whole house filter (4.5 " x 10 ") it almost took swampy taste/smell out. I put this filter on the cold water going to kitchen sink, water is as it should be now. Easy install. If it lasts a year, well worth it.

Bought the Waterdrop Reverse Osmosis Hot Cold Water Dispenser in July and recently have been getting a fault message. I raised a ticket and was asking to follow steps. Nothing changed. Reached out again and was then told to buy products to fix the faulty machine myself. I asked Ellie the person dealing with the query to get someone to come and fix the machine or replace it and have heard nothing back. Now I’m stuck with a broken machine and a customer service rep who’s ghosted me. This company was recommended to me but now I’m regretting investing the money as I’ve been left with a faulty machine and no one coming out to replace it or fix it. Terrible service and I want my money back.

Responsive service. Worked with me to find a solution

Our unit is flashing an E02 code and has been since installed. Still waiting for a resolution from the company! We paid over $800+ dollars plus fees for a plumber to install and still can’t get a working product so we have clean water to drink! Very disappointed in customer service speed on getting this problem resolved!

Helped me troubleshoot the problem then sent the replacement part without a hassle. Problem was fixed, super easy process and great customer service!

Great water filters and great customer service. I bought a 2 year combo of filter replacements but later realized I ordered the wrong size. Doreen and the customer service team made sure I had the correct replacement delivered in no time.

Our water tastes great! Very cool product that works as advertised. Wastes less water than comparable RO filtration devices.

Love the product, there could be more directions regarding filling the tank.

Quality products supporting excellent function!

The ease of using the system is great and the quality of the water is great. Both the back tank and pitcher leak when it's running. Will be contacting customer support to see what can be done. Hopefully it's something simple. Otherwise, we love the system. It was a gift for our daughter for her college apartment.

It was definitely a choice I don’t regret, and the customer service experience was truly amazing. There was a small issue with the product I initially purchased, but the customer service team was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. I especially want to thank Karina for her wonderful support.

After the issue was resolved, the new machine has been working perfectly, and I honestly feel like it has upgraded my everyday life. Thank you, Waterdrop!

Don't buy the X16, they will not be able to supply you with replacement filters!!! I have been waiting months for the X16-F3 filter to come back in stock. What use is the machine without filters. Go ahead and check online you'll see it is 'out of stock'

I accidentally ordered the wrong replacement filter and wrote to Water Drop who replied almost immediately and despatched a replacement within a few days . I’m very pleased with their service and also the quality of my WaterDrop filter.

She took the time to listen to my concerns, provided clear instructions, and followed up to make sure everything was properly addressed.
