Just bought our first reverse osmosis water machine and it is absolutely great and easy to use.

Reached our to their customer service in order to register the product. Had such an amazing and quick response from Jonathan. Rare these days to see an efficient and friendly service :)

As the manual recommends, I shut off my system to go on vacation, and when we returned, it wouldn’t start again. Francis was prompt in replying to my inquiries, helped me troubleshoot the problems, and sent me the right replacement parts to get it running as usual.

John resolved my issue of leaking O- Rings on housing quickly by sending the appropriate replacements and I was able to put filter system on line. Excellent service. Pleasure to purchase a product from a company which stands behind their products.

Jonathan was very helpful when I called to ask why my water started tasting moldy after only a couple of months of using my ispring two-stage filter. He sent me a replacement set of filters at no charge.

The customer service, and products are fantastic. I had ordered a reverse osmosis system, hooked everything up, and the faucet unfortunately wouldn't stop leaking. I reached out to the company and got a hold of John. He was very quick to direct me in sending him an email with the invoice. Within a week, I had a working faucet, which was even better than my original one! I am a very happy customer.

I recently purchased the iSpring RCD100HCG from Costco, and overall I’ve been very impressed with both the product and iSpring’s customer service.

The system itself looks modern and premium, is very convenient to use, and provides cold, room-temperature, and hot filtered water instantly. The reverse-osmosis filtration works very well, and the water tastes noticeably clean and fresh. I also really like the remineralization feature, which was one of the main reasons I chose this model. The touchscreen controls are straightforward, and having filtration, heating, and cooling integrated into one unit makes it very convenient for everyday use.

Shortly after receiving the system, I did experience an issue with the original tower unit. However, the way iSpring handled the situation was excellent. Julius and Nick were both extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the troubleshooting process. They communicated clearly, took the issue seriously, and when it became clear that the tower needed to be replaced, they quickly arranged for a brand-new replacement unit and provided the tracking information right away.

Problems can occasionally happen with any product, but what really stood out to me was how well iSpring stood behind their product and made the replacement process easy and stress-free.

Overall, I’m very happy with the RCD100HCG for its water quality, features, design, and convenience, and I’m equally impressed with iSpring’s after-sales support. A big thank you to Julius and Nick for the excellent service. Based on both the product and the support I received, I would definitely recommend iSpring.

I have never purchased an iSpring product before, so I did some research on the company. It didn't take long to catch on that they are very well rated for both the quality of their products and their customer care. I purchased a tankless under the sink RO system and have had it installed for a few days now. It was new technology to me, as the system I had before was a standard system with a small pressure tank. There were times I'd be scared of the extra mechanical and electrical parts, but I really think this is going to last. Everything about it seems high quality. The faucet is durable and though it has a display on it, it feels like it's been designed to last for years. The unit itself is on rubber padded feet, the structure seems very solid, and the dual displays are awesome to easily keep track of the life expectancy of the filters. Everything I needed to install it was in the package. The faucet fit into my existing hole in my sink top and there was plenty of tubing for the connections to my supply and drain, as well as to the faucet. I am very happy with the unit and expect a lot of yours of use out of it. Both the faucet and the filtering unit are attractively designed and feel like no corners were cut as far as quality.

Also, the company has outstanding customer service. Rep “Laurence” was extremely helpful, understood the issue, asked appropriate questions, and responded quickly with a welcome definitive solution. I'd say my experience in working with iSpring has been great. While installing, I did run into an issue with a defective part. After contacting customer support, John was able to have a replacement sent out within a day and got me back on track. That's a thumbs up from me.

Two ispring filtration canisters were leaking. Perhaps a previous owner had over tightened them. No no #1. I had a frustrating experience because I ordered the wrong o-ring size to correct this and took out my frustration by reopening the water valve too quickly. No no #2. One of filters slammed the bottom of its housing blowing it off. Now looking at the upcoming labor day weekend 1 day away and no water. Trying to buy locally in big box stores doesn't work. Everyone selling ispring uses a shipping service. Finally I realized I needed to get a replacement from 123filters by end of next day. Nick gave me full instructions on ordering and having them hold my order for pickup. A 6 hour drive and 6 hour return but worth it to return service. I considered ordering backup to avert a reoccurrence but pushed that thought off. To my surprise in addition to my order, Nick gave me a complete set of new housing s and filters. A happy ending. The best part? Opening the faucet to have water.

I installed their whole house filtration system with the manganese and iron reduction unit specifically. It’s quoted on their website “reducing manganese max 1.0 ppm down to 0.01 ppm”. I tested their system at my own expense which they refused to reimburse despite their system NOT meeting those claims. They kept sending filters expecting me to test them to further prove their inaccurate claim. I did it 3 times and decided I was done. It took multiple emails with their customer service team to provide documentation of their claim for the manganese reduction. What they failed to tell me or put on their website is that the iron and manganese removal ONLY works if you have a water softener. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.

I ordered my Ispring water system from Amazon. When I received it I had a few questions concerning installation. I was very impressed with the customer support I received. Shawn was very knowledgeable as well as helpful and made the installation process very smooth. The quality of the water system was top notch as well. I would highly recommend this company as well as their products.

I had my ispring approximately 8 months and it wasn't working anymore. I tried everything but it wasn't working so I called customer care service on their 1-800 number and talked to Sean and went through some test. I sent him picture of the problem with a short video. Sean sent me a email to replace mine that I bought. I just got the new one and it works perfect. I went about a week without clean water and so happy I got the replacement. This machine is top of the line and my TDS went from 187 to 3. Thank you Sean for your help. I can't live without clean water.

Jonathan was extremely helpful and very responsive. I had an issue with my faucet, and he handled everything quickly and professionally. I called yesterday September 3rd 2026 because my iSpring unit wasnt working and had some flashing lights. Jonathan answered my called and told me to unplug for 30-60 mins and that should clear out the problem. It workded! Very good company they always answer the phone, that is huge these days and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Thank you Janathan!
