Problems purchasing train tickets on a Japanese website.
I tried three times on a Friday evening 8/14/26 to make this purchase in japanese yen in web-site for the Japanese bullet train. It would not go through. The next morning, Saturday, it went through but I had to receive a confirmation code from Wells Fargo and enter it. Finally the transaction went through. I REALLY need this credit to work for me when I’m in Japan.

No address found, but…
I book my ticket and since the host was not able to receive it, the ticket service wrote to me in order to find a new location on where send it. We agreed for the post office and I receive it perftly on time. Great service.

I needed to cancel my reservation
I need to cancel my reservation, and I cannot find any way to do it. The website is not at all user-friendly. They just replied to my review with a total stock answer, which did absolutely nothing and because their answer was so delayed, I lost my 24-hour window for a refund. So tired of BS companies like this. Purchase elsewhere if you can… This company is NOT recommended.

I received an email with QR code to scan and it opened a web inquiry that had nothing to do with a ticket purchase. At this point I don't have a clue as to how to go from paid for ticket, to acquiring the ticket at the airport.]
