Accounts inactive for at least 90 days as specified in our TOS are automatically suspended. Upon reactivation, the TOS specifies that the account will be reset. Even if you have been on leave for 90 days, you will be able to log into your account quickly for 1 day.
We mention that the TOS was modified in February 2025 so that: 7.2. Any Account that has not been logged into for one (1) year or more may be deemed inactive and the Account closed. We may also modify our inactive Account rules and policies from time to time, and if your Account becomes inactive pursuant to such then-current rules or policies, we may close your Account accordingly, without any compensation or further obligation to you regarding the closed Account. You can request to reactivate your inactive Account, but all your balances will be forfeited and reset to zero, and all referrals will be taken away.
To assist you further, we kindly ask you to provide your information by either responding to our 'Find Reviewer' request on Trustpilot with your account username or email address or create a ticket in our support system. This will allow us to check your account and review your case thoroughly.
