I still can not believe that a crossborder transaction with such smooth process can work. I talked to my wife before proceeding and she was really concerned but it has been our best decision

37 vehicles i have purchased so far for my customers from this company and not a single time so far i have got any problem. I have also claimed insurance once and was paid full of the damages so can not thank them enough

they were very responsive in start and so helpful they’d spend the whole day with you but as soon as i have sent them a full payment for my car they started to respond me after day and robotic reassuring texts with no grounds its been over 2 month i have paid full payment for car and i have not received any document any assurance ir literally anything at alll after making payment its like i never paid and they are not responding well its been 2 months and i have no idea what will happen now its a scam

Sat japan is quite understanding and flexible as I was out of country and I requested them to ship vehicles at a later date and they accepted without any cost. The support has also been amazing and supportive all along. Recommended 🙂

In September I contacted SAT Japan for help with procuring 2 vehicles. They called me like 5 times as I made inquiries into whether they were scam artists or fraudsters. They promised me heaven on earth and promised from the first transaction to share pictures of the vehicles within 7 days as well as shipping documents. They lied! They have taken 50% deposit on my 2 vehicles. A Landcruiser 300 series brand new as well as a Landcruiser Prado 250 series. They have refused to communicate or honor my refund of my monies. They keep playing bait and switch.
I am yet to hear from the same people who had time to call me every day before the purchase they give flimsy pre-determined email responses.

I had a decent experience dealing with this company. I got hand on car today and it is quite good

This is my first time buying a car through sat and I choose this car because many people recommend this model for daily driving. Car is fuel efficient and comfortable

Sat japan provided me certification of origin and that helped me to get no duty. It was a pleasant experience

I have been using sat from past 3 yrs and bought 6 cars. And one was damaged in ship they compensated me for it and the pro subscription is also very beneficial

A very supportive support team and very hassle free experience - received car at home so grateful for the car carrier service and they also sent me non stolen certificate.

Gave me a 200 GBP discount and let me use 100 points from my sat balance it was a decent experience

Dishonest company please proceed with caution and use PayPal for extra protection. They will lie to keep your money and don't ship your vehicle. Very shady company use other alternatives SBT JAPAN, AUTOCOM JAPAN, BEFORWARD OR ICM JAPAN. this company is very shady. I had to dispute my transaction via PayPal and escalate the case because they were trying everything to steal my money after not shipping the vehicle.

My biggest mistake that has cost me £15500 this company is a fraud they have taken my money and I have been waiting over 6 months for my car with no confirmation of me receiving it!!

I believe there is no car and they are just pretending there is blaming shipping.

First I paid for a car which turned out it was already sold to someone else then the second car after a few weeks was not up to their standard finally when there was a car it took 2 months to inspect it and now still no delivery date.

Total scam KEEP AWAY FROM THEM

It is very big website with so many cars to choose and that made me very easy to find the car Services and delivery was all good thanks

I bought a car from them in September. It was supposed to be shipped with the next ship. They didn't manage to. So they send it 2 months after that at the end of November. I lost 20 years of my life but in the end I got the car in February.

The communication was ok in the beginning until I ordered the car. Then they got lost and were only answering my calls or emails after many tries but they were not helpful at all. They didn't send me the papers that I needed and paid extra tax because of that.

I paid extra to get an inspection which I never received the conclusion but they told me everything was perfect. The car was supposedly new car with only 4000km. When it arrived I got a report that the car was damaged and I was never informed about it. On the contrary they told me it's a new car. Unknowingly I got in trouble because I tried selling a car which had damaged but I didn't state (because enviously I didn't know at the time).

Have in mind that these people are brokers from another country. I think Pakistan. They are not there and they cannot help you when you face problems or communicate well with you. Everything happens very slow or doesn't happen at all.

I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all.
