I'm afraid I have had a not so good experience with Nurtur. The offset was good with feedback and a planned itinerary I was sceptical of the outcome but I was willing to try as they seemed confidant.

However after 3 months we realised that it really wasn't for us despite over a 100 responses only 2 were local to us. The contract was for 1 year like so many of these companies they want to tie you in for a long period however we had agreed a 3 month notice period if we put it in writing which we di on the first day, but that is where the problems started.

There accounts department is shocking I had asked for a breakdown at the end of our 3 months to see what we owed but nothing was forthcoming. I complained, they had advised I was on a fixed 1 year contract, however when I showed them the email that is when they started to ghost me and only one employee decided to return my call and start blaming his colleagues!

Then today we received yet another chase up this time from the allusive accounts department demanding we pay an outstanding invoice. I wasn't in the office when they called I only found out via my office by email.

I'm not sure about the other reviews I'm sure they do a job for some and when you decide to leave or look elsewhere they just cant be bothered with you!

Not good and not a way to partner with agents to mutually help each other.

My biggest mistake that has cost me £15500 this company is a fraud they have taken my money and I have been waiting over 6 months for my car with no confirmation of me receiving it!!

I believe there is no car and they are just pretending there is blaming shipping.

First I paid for a car which turned out it was already sold to someone else then the second car after a few weeks was not up to their standard finally when there was a car it took 2 months to inspect it and now still no delivery date.

Total scam KEEP AWAY FROM THEM

Was working perfectly they did a software update and it crashed and the help is NON existent unless you want to chat via text useless

Easy to order sent the next day no issues at all

The automated system for a re-mortgage was easy to use and the communication via the portal was simple. Of course there was someone to speak to if needed which I did a couple of times.
