The glasses are beautiful and high-quality; I really like them.🥰

Not only I had to get myself beautiful frames of glasses but I got a chance to include my prescription aswell. Doing 2 things at once always feels so good. I'm thankful for their patience and support even the communication after I placed my order since they where prescribed. Their patience is everything.

My experience with Lensmart has been great. Love the mannnyyyy designs they have to choose from. Which truly makes it hard to choose for a fashion girl like myself. Order arrived fast!! I also appreciate how I can have my prescriptions added to them to make them more personable. The quality is also great. Literally throw them in my purse and they're still intact. Make sure you grab your pair!!

Im honored to be writing this review. I made a purchase on the 15th August the evening my parcel arrived within the time frame. Happy to mention we got exactly what we requested. It was way easy and cheap to buy online. Even with my dad scrip that was issued wrong I contact Lensmart through Facebook messenger they were able to assist help me resolve my fathers case. Im definitely using Lensmart for all our eye care again.

I ordered two pairs of glasses from Peru, they arrived in 3 weeks and I love them! The style is so cute and they are just as they are shown in the pictures. Also, my prescription was perfectly adjusted. The frames are very good quality too!

WARNING DO NOT BUY from Lensmart online. I bought two pairs of glasses with Photochromic lenses. The lenses on both pair only tinted in the sun. They did not turn dark. I contacted customer service. Sent pictures. Showing them that either the lenses were defective or just bad and I want my money back for the obnoxious amount I paid for “tinting” , or new glasses with the correct lenses or a full refund. They said “we will only give you 25% off you next pair of glasses! Are you kidding me!!! Hundreds of dollars I spent and did NOT get what I paid for! THIEVES! Do not do business with them!!!!

UPDATED: When I originally contacted Lensmart, in good faith, about the issue looking for a reasonable solution, they were quite clear about their lack of care or concern about the issue. Now, after posting a bad review, they want to help. To Lensmart…I have been wearing glasses for 61 years! I know how Photochromic lenses work! Your original response showing your genuine lack of care and concern for this issue is all I needed to know you do NOT deserve my business.
