I ordered 2 items and only received one. There is no way of contacting customer service.

I added my billing address and a different delivery address. It didnt state which one it was using for my delivery address. I placed the order and it said delivery would be to the other address, ie billing address.
I emailed OHS saying the needed.to deliver to the other..they said it was too late to change it..that was poor.service.

One of my 2 parcels went missing. Fatima was straight on the case and arranged a replacement which arrived 24hours later. Cannot fault the service

The closing stitch on a bolster cushion was horrendous.I sent them a photo and they agreed a refund,but I would have to go through Tesco online,which I did and they said to contact the seller,can't seem to get any where.Will never deal with this company again or Tesco online.

SCAM!! Do not order!! All the good reviews are fake, customer service is mobile numbers of just random people who tell you you can get compensation and to download an app and then they ask for bank details. AVOID!!

Had small issue with order delivery not OHS issue but Slee made sure order was corrected and refunded. Lovely customer service thank you ☺️

Sadly when we unpacked the table there was damage to the table top in several places, we have contacted OHS and are now awaiting to hear back.

Had lots of orders from here,this time I had to send 2 sets of towels back I wasn’t happy with them. I’ve been trying to get a refund since the 17 August,emailing to tell them I’m waiting for my refund I’ve sent over the order number,tracking number but it’s failing on deaf ears,seems like I’m going to have to get a charge back from my bank,I’m fed up now of going back and forth with them. I’ll never use this company again,buyer beware…
