何もしてくれなかったです。キャンセルしたかったけど購入から9時間後にアカウント情報を送ってきました。
仕方ないので有効化しましたが二度と利用したくないです。

Supporters will not cooperate at all. Please be aware!
While Trustpilot's support may seem good in this regard, G2A is completely useless when a problem actually arises. Basically, you have no choice but to negotiate with the seller. If you consult them, all they say is "go to the police" or "send me the documents." Of course, going to the police is the right thing to do, but I can't accept that their support system is letting this kind of fraudulent practice go unchecked. Going to the police is a hassle to begin with, and I always think that support is supposed to be about preventing things from escalating, isn't it?
