Kitted out my home gym with pulling system,very noisy and wires keep getting stuck which causes the wire to get damaged.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend or use again

Helpful on the phone delivery was quick great bit of kit got the slim line cable crossover 160 kg stack you can take the weights off to carry it in we had stairs no way would you get it in otherwise easy enough to put back on the down side did not have the fixtures to bolt to the wall missing and I did ask how much to carry in and fit it to the wall they wanted a £1,00 that’s a joke but I got say what a bit of kit the zero 2 cable crossover is amazing it’s better than any crossover iv been on

Initially had an issue with a damaged item arriving, and after some back-and-forth with Bulldog Gear - eventually managed to get a replacement.

The installers were incredible, they're the reason why I've updated the review to be honest!

very fast delivery, packaged well. love my mat and portable pull up bar - a definite upgrade to my modest home exercise set up.

Absolutely atrocious service. No after-care provided. First despite promising an installation date at the time of purchase they gave us a date two months after that. And on that date they delivered the goods to the wrong address and therefore installation got another month delayed. throughout the process It was extremely difficult to reach their customer service. We emailed many times and called many times and finally got an email back after many days. really poor communication and when they finally installed our foldable squats rack it was wobbly and unsafe and installers told us it needed more pins to make it stable again. I reached out to bulldog gear to get them to send me extra 2 pins. It took over a week with many calls and many emails to get finally a response from them and when they finally sent the pins they sent it to the wrong address again. overall really poor communication. It’s almost impossible to reach their installation or delivery teams. the person who answers the phone each time takes your details but they never call you back. I would not recommend anyone to work with them.

I really enjoy the bulldog gear workouts and programs. Some are even free. Great kettlebells too. Top quality and easy to navigate website.

Where do I start! Dreadful! I ordered a power rack from them having heard about them and thinking they were a large reputable company, i went for it!

Problems strated straight away, no real idea when I would get the item. Then recieved an email from random courier with a tracking link... no date expected nothing... tried to email both, no response. Eventually was told by bulldog that a courier would contact me to book a day that suits. Waited further still nothing, tracking said it was with delivery depot but still no contact. Again had to reach back to bulldog, tracking then changed to a friday, so I organised a day off work to recieve. Then on Thursday night courier called me to say they cant do friday anymore will have to be monday... i then complained to bulldog who wernt massively interested. Had to then book another day off work the monday. Monday came and i called the courier in the morning to see if i could get an estimated time, was told 1-3. No more contact, 3.30 came and i rang the courier to make sure it was still coming, "oh i was meaning to call you, unfortunately it fidnt make it on so isnt coming, i could however prioritise it for another day". Asif it wasnt already prioritised from the Friday, he then said oh yeh it probably should of been!

So now 2 days missed from wotk and no rig, ive lost trust in the company tbh and therefore requested a refund. They have now said I have to wait until said shocking delivery company returns the item untill I can get a refund (it took them 3 weeks for them to not deliver the item!) So now I have no rig and no money! Aboslutely shocking, I apprieciate sometimes courier issues may happen but this is the company they choose to make there deliveries! Absolutely shocking, customer service dont seem massivly interested! Always the problem put on the customer and not them!

I really wish I’d checked some of these reviews before I ordered.

In January I purchased the dual cable machine - installation was easy enough, but by March one of the cables had frayed and rendered half the machine unusable. I messaged Bulldog for assistance and they simply sent a replacement cable and some vague basic instructions on how to fit it which we still cannot fathom. We’ve not been able to fit the new cable, so half the machine is now not functional, which is unacceptable for a piece of kit that cost well over £1000, isn’t commercially used and is only two months old at this point.

Bulldog have been zero help. Now the other side has stopped working so have messaged them again but having read some of these reviews I suspect I’m going to get nowhere. It’s appalling that this level of kit is so poor and the customer service is non existent. It’s shameful.

Do not buy from Bulldog Gear, it’s one big rip off.

I bought a mix of kettlebells (comp & box) and changed my mind to have only box style. The customer support team were really helpful and supported me with an exchange process. Even as Bulldog were relocating their business they still managed to provide excellent customer service with great communication throughout.

The kettlebells are great quality. I’ll be using Bulldog again!

Excellent kit, super speedy delivery

Delivery has been very poor. Ordered 3 weeks ago and still to receive goods.

Not received the items and getting any sort of meaningful update from bulldog or the delivery company has been very challenging

I ordered a gift card a week ago, I received acknowledgement but still have not had an email regarding the actual item and code. I have messaged several times and have asked for a full refund now as a week to wait for an email is ridiculous and as it was a birthday gift, the paperwork couldn't be included in the card. Very disappointing service especially as first time using this company. One very unhappy customer 😔
