service from Diana was really good!

Very disappointing customer service from Bulldog

We purchased a £700 ice bath from Bulldog, only to find that essential parts and attachments were missing, meaning we have been unable to use the bath with the chiller at all.

Since then, we have been passed from pillar to post, constantly having to chase for parts that should have been included and sent out with the original purchase. All we want is for the missing parts to be sent so we can finally use the ice bath we have paid good money for.

We’ve even had to go out ourselves to try and source parts, costing us additional money, and despite this, we’re still experiencing constant leaks. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend £700 on a product that we cannot properly use.

We have been long-term, loyal customers of Bulldog and have spent a considerable amount of money with the company over the years. That’s why this experience has been particularly disappointing. We shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase a company to resolve an issue that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Sadly, this isn’t the first issue we’ve experienced with Bulldog in recent months, and our confidence in the company is really starting to be affected.

We aren’t asking for anything unreasonable – we simply want the missing parts supplied, the leaks resolved and to be able to enjoy the product we’ve paid for.

Hopefully Bulldog will finally take responsibility and resolve this properly, but at present the whole experience has been extremely disappointing.

Ordered some kettlebells and they are decent quality and look good. The delivery was very slow, with poor updates.

They also only delivered it near to my house and left a broken pallet on my drive.

Product is great but delivery wasn't the best. It was arranged for the wednesday by phone and email and then did not arrive and was re organised to Thursday morning without informing me untill I phone questing why the order had not arrived and then had to leave work to be home for the delivery but the driver did give me a 30 minute phone call warning

What a great experience purchasing with Bulldog Gear has been so far. Daina from the Sales Department has been brilliant. Extremely efficient in responding and proactive when dealing with my queries. Couldn’t recommend her enough for making our purchase seamless

Great products and great fulfillment - I would absolutely order from Bulldog Gear again.

Delivery was anticipated

Delivery came ordered ice bath ordered look fantastic but parts missing & the lid damaged so not able to use it, spoke to customer services 3 times on the Friday & told someone would ring but never received a call so unable to use till next week

Good quality equipment, great for my home gym. Very reasonable price when discount was applied. Delivery for larger items is a little slower.

Great quality gym bench that folds completely flat, which I bought for home use, but just a bit heavier than I expected.

Consistently excellent service & products

The product itself is great.
The delivery is a joke in the day and age especially considering I had to pay for delivery.
9 days.

Excellent quality equipment. Strongly recommend.

Have been using this sandbag for one week so far and very pleased. Full confidence in the durability of the materials. A thick Cordura outer shell and a inner filler bag gives piece of mind that the there will be zero sand leackage during normal use.

Bought the 40 kg bag, absolutely fine so far. What I would say is, if you haven't tried sandbag training before, try it out. I usually train with kettlebells or bodyweight exercises, but using this sandbag with 6 over-the-shoulder throws every minute on the minute for 6 rounds hits areas of the body which you do not feel before, which I'd started earlier. Real-world practical strength training

Best of the best

I recently bought the Zero Plus Bench (rated to 300kg). It is amazing. It folds down really small and, when unfolded, is rock solid - literally not even 1mm of movement when I sit on it. It looks good and takes up so little space when folded, it’s quite astonishing.

The product it self is great and seems well made. But the raw plugs that was send to put into the brickwork are cheap. Where I have fitted some of your products before and there raw plugs was bosch plugs which as great.

Great communication throughout process. We have been very impressed with the quality of all the bulldog equipment!

Great range of quality products at very reasonable prices. Very helpful support staff.
