正式に銀行への取り消しデータは送られていますでしょうか？

2026年10月27日に私のクレジットカードに請求された6,300円について、直ちに全額返金をお願いいたします。
以前、3日間の無料トライアルに登録し、トライアル期間内に解約手続きを完了しました。実際、私のアカウントプロフィールページには、ステータスが「解約済み」と明記されていました。
しかし、解約したにもかかわらず、6,300円という全額の定期利用料が請求されていたことが判明しました。さらに、先ほど詳細を確認するためにアカウントにログインしたところ、ダッシュボードから「定期利用の管理」メニューが完全に消えており、現在のステータスを確認することができませんでした。
試用期間が終了する前に解約を完了しているため、この請求は完全に無効です。至急この件を調査し、元の支払い方法へ全額返金してください。
期限内に解約した証拠として、ステータスが「解約済み」と表示されているアカウントページのスクリーンショットを保存しております。必要であれば、いつでもご提供いたします。

これ以上ふざけた対応を続けるなら、カード会社や消費者保護機関への通報に加え、弁護士に相談のうえ訴訟を含む法的措置を取ります。
こんなサービスを絶対に許しません。日本人のみなさん絶対このアプリとサイトを利用しないように。

メールでのやり取りで、返金したと連絡がありましたが、まだ入金の確認ができていません。
反映まで最大2週間かかるとのことだったので、一旦期日を待ちます。
