海外旅行中に外国からアクセスすると、一瞬でアカウントロックされます。

一度ロックされると、身分証と一緒に撮った顔写真を送れとか、不鮮明だとか顔が隠れてるとか難癖つけて、永遠にロック解除されません。

売り時逃して暴落して大損。
迷惑千万。

If you access your account from abroad while traveling, it gets locked immediately.

When I contacted support after returning home, I received nothing but nonsensical, canned responses—demanding a photo of my face or claiming the photo was unclear—and the account remained locked for over six months.

I use other exchanges like bitFlyer and have never encountered such issues, so I believe this is a system unique to Coincheck.

Because of this, I missed the chance to sell and lost millions of yen. It has been an absolute nightmare.

Coincheck has two major problems:

1) The account gets locked simply for accessing it from overseas; this hardly seems like a way of doing business suited to the modern era.

2) Once locked, contacting support leads nowhere; you get stuck in a loop of canned responses for months, and ultimately, they keep the account locked forever by nitpicking—claiming the photo of your face is unclear or demanding other unreasonable requirements.

旅行中に海外からアクセスしただけで、即アカウントロックされて何もできなくなってしまいます。

帰国後サポートに何度連絡しても、顔写真を送れだとか写真が不鮮明だとか訳のわからない定型文で返信があるだけで、半年以上ロックが解除されませんでした。

ビットフライヤーなど、他の取引所も使ってますが、一切そんな問題は起こらないので、コインチェックだけの独自のシステムだと思います。

上記のせいで売り時を逃して数百万円を失いました。迷惑千万です。

コインチェックには以下の大きな問題が２つあります。

１）海外からアクセスするだけでアカウントがロックされます。到底今の時代にあった運営とは思えません。

２）一旦ロックされると、サポートに連絡しても定型文の返信だけで何ヶ月も進まない上に、挙げ句の果てに顔写真を送れとか不鮮明だとか難癖つけて永遠にロック解除がされません。

If you initially pay 200 yen with your credit card, 5000 yen will be automatically deducted from your account every month. Absolutely do not enter your credit card information. This is a scam. You enter your credit card information thinking you can find out the results for just a few hundred yen, but then 5000 yen is deducted every month, and you can't cancel it. This is clearly a scam.

絶対にクレジット情報を入力してはいけません。
これは詐欺です。数百円で結果がわかると思ってクレジット情報を入力したが最後、毎月5000円引き落とされてキャンセルもできません。これは明らかに詐欺です。

ただIQテストをしただけで、勝手にサブスクに登録され毎月5000円もの金額を1年以上引き落とされていました。

サポートに数十回連絡していますが、定型文で返信があるのみ。全く返金されません。カード会社もここは詐欺で問い合わせがたくさん来るが、毎月請求が来る以上ブロックはできないとのこと。
