Polite prompt replies, careful follow-ups until the entire situation is resolved. I wish all companies in Japan (even in the world!) would have support like Sakura Mobile's.

This is a rare example of a truly great app. It is easy to find the options and features that you need. I particularly like that we can easily access help (with the live chat option, for example). I can firmly recommend it.

It took ages for Emailflights to confirm my flights, but after they did, Bernard called me to kindly explain the details of my booking. Although I was quite disappointed with Emailflights in the beginning and had to ring them quite a few times until the booking got confirmed, I am quite pleased with the way Bernard dealt with this situation.
