Disgraceful Service for Singapore

1. Extremely poor service and possibly the worst in Singapore. A few months ago the forwarding on my domain was down causing me to lose important mail. It has been down for months and it took them ages to resolve. The end solution was to forward to a different address as they were unable to figure out why their system was faulty. No apology.. Only excuses.( The original forward address is hosted by them).
I pay for two email services both of which were not working. Nothing is free other than forwarding with is part of the domain package. The two paid acounts have not worked since Feb.

2. Domain was up for renewal. Auto Renew was turned on. Tried to pay the $49 fee and CC was not an option. Messaged them and was sent a new invoice with an additional $10. This should have auto renewed or the normal price honored.
These guys used to be good a 5-6 years ago when I first signed up with them. Now I would recommend totally avoiding them.

To Clarify: Both my accounts hosted stopped receiving email 12th Feb and they were contacted via email with no response received. I assumed at some point things were fixed but realised in June when I had to access some airline accounts that the issue was ongoing. Again no apology or explanation and they dragged it on fr over a week. As for the domain renewal, it was not about the 10 bucks, but the fact that when I first logged in it showed the corrent amount but after I requested to pay by credit card, the price was increased. Shortly after I paid the amount they requested, they shut all my accounts.

Why take my money for the Domain renewal and shut my accounts 10 minutes later? Seems very dishonest ? If you have an issue with a customer complaining about disruption or a charge (which is your duty to explain to a customer and not tell them they should be aware) ..why take their money and shut their accounts minutes after? Is this how a legit business is run? Further my domain is on auto renew and I do this with other host. It renews automatically on the specific date. This was not and the response was they did not keep my card data. Why have auto renew when you do not keep data that lets you auto renew?

Again.. this is not about 10 bucks but a matter of principle and extremly dishonest and poor service which is quite surprising for a Singapore based company.

We appreciate that this experience was frustrating for you, and we'd like to clarify the circumstances for the benefit of other readers.

You have been our customer for approximately five years, and the issue that led to this review relates to your domain renewal. We sent three renewal reminders on 7 July 2026, 21 July 2026, and again on the domain's expiry date, 29 July 2026. Although you expected the domain to renew automatically, no valid payment method was saved in your account, so the renewal could not be processed.

The domain was renewed on 30 July 2026, one day after its expiry, which incurred a standard $10 Grace Period restoration fee. Grace Period and Redemption Period fees are standard industry practices imposed once a domain has expired and requires restoration.

Regarding the email forwarding issue, our records show that your support ticket was opened on 12 June 2026, and we responded on the same day. We then received your follow-up on 8 July 2026, and the issue was resolved on 11 July 2026. While your review states that the problem had existed for months, it was only brought to our attention when the support ticket was submitted, and we worked to resolve it promptly once notified.

Our email forwarding service is provided at no additional cost with eligible domain registrations and is offered on a best-effort basis. As such, it is not covered by a Service Level Agreement. These terms, along with our domain renewal policies, have been in place since before your account was created.

We understand that the additional $10 fee was disappointing. However, it was incurred because the domain was renewed after its expiry date rather than before it. We remain committed to providing timely support and transparent policies, and we're always happy to assist customers in avoiding these situations in the future.

Quality Gear - Made in The USA

I have been ordering from these guys since 2012 and their products are of the absolute best quality. The business is Veteran owned and everything they sell is made in the United States...No cheap garbage from China.
The customer service is fantastic and I have had their gear shipped to me in Hong Kong, Afghanistan, Iraq and the US.

Buyer Beware !!!

I stopped by the store on the 8F of Haiphong Mansion across from and the staff on duty had a typical rude attitude prevalent in Hong Kong through the 90's.

I am an expat from the US living in Hong Kong for over 25 years, familiar the local languages and the local culture. I do all my research on a popular HK Price comparison site which is how I came across this store. Its not on street level and I had to spend a good 15 minutes waiting for a packed elevator to get to the shop which is in a converted apartment. There is no way anyone would spend the time an effort to go through the effort of visiting this store unless they wish to buy.

The staff on duty seemed to think that I was a tourist who was window shopping, wasting his time and asking questions which was apparently is a no no. He was reluctant to show me the products I asked for unless I purchased them which is ridiculous and he was extremely rude.
Some of the products in the store look repackaged and the he would not clarify if they were new or used. Its common practice for non chain stores in Hong Kong especially in the Nathan Road, Tsimshatsui area which is a total "Tourist Trap" to buy back gear from customers with the warranty cards and packaging. This in turn is sold off as new.

I recommend using a HK price comparison site to look for alternate sellers who offer the same price (or less) with better service and who know how to respect their customers.

Update 18 July: I ended up buying my camera gear this afternoon for less and with far better service at a mall in Mongkok which has a few floors specializing in camera gear..

My review has been reported to Trustpilot by the seller several times over the past few days in an effort to silence me.

Thank you for your comment.

First of all, our staff are not allowed to treat customers rudely. We always allow customers to look at products whenever possible, unless the products are in sealed boxes.

We would be grateful if you could email us and tell us exactly when you visited our shop in Tsim Sha Tsui. We will then study our CCTV recordings and take the appropriate action on the staff in question.

We would like to stress that everything we sell in our shop and on our website is brand new.

Thank you.
