As all of the others have stated, this company is a scam. Ordered the neck massager on 12/16 and received email saying shipping was delayed but it would be there the next week. It’s now been a month and they have vanished and do not reply to messages (8 of them) and there is no phone number to contact. Please do not waste your money.

Elie was fantastic and it was great to have a European insiders view of the culture and highlights of Japan.
His van is fantastic and he is just a delight to go on tour with.
In fact, we booked him for a second day.
