Davide Bruneri reposted thisDavide Bruneri reposted this3 years ago, Sven Lackinger, Maximilian Messing, and a small team of Sastronauts decided to change the way businesses buy and manage SaaS forever. This is what SaaS procurement looked like before Sastrify: 1/ Procurement processes were more manual and time-consuming, lacking the automated tools and insights provided by platforms like Sastrify. 2/ Information asymmetry favored vendors, as buyers had limited access to comprehensive data on SaaS products, pricing, and peer reviews. 3/ The role of procurement teams was more transactional and less strategic, focusing primarily on negotiation and finance rather than enabling new technologies and practices. This is what buying and managing SaaS looks like 3 years and 200+ customers later: 1/ Everyone has enhanced transparency into the procurement process thanks to advanced usage and spend analytics. 2/ A buyer-driven market means companies can leverage more information and analytics to make strategic decisions without solely relying on vendor-supplied data. 3/ Sastrify allows for a more robust management of the procurement lifecycle, from planning and sourcing to requisition and payment. Congratulations to our awesome Sastronauts for building something amazing together, and thank you to our customers and investors for trusting us to deliver the goods. Just like the Sastrify platform, our team is always growing. So if you're looking for a new home for your talents, check the comments to see our open roles. #anniversary #procurement

Forse abbiamo caricato troppe aspettative sulle ferie.

Davide Bruneri liked thisDavide Bruneri liked thisLots of talk about AI-native accounting these days. Sibill has been walking the walk since day 1: putting AI to work on the SME owner's daily finance grind (reconciliation, invoicing, cash flow- and beating benchmarks doing it), and today publicly launching their AI-native ledger for accountants. Italy's first agentic ledger. 🧾 🚀 Italian accountants can now look forwards and not backwards. Sibill's ledger runs on 7 agents that propose entries for invoices, receipts, bank movements and payroll; the accountant only has to confirm or adjust. Accountants accept 95% of Sibill's recommendations, while the ledger learns with every use. Firms migrate to Sibill's agentic ledger in a single day (!!) while keeping their existing chart of accounts as-is. Thousands of Italian SMEs run their finances on Sibill. Hundreds of accounting firms already trust Sibill's agentic ledger for their day-to-day operations. And from today onwards, it's open to every accounting firm in the country 🇮🇹 Congrats Mattia Montepara, Dario Prencipe, Lorenzo Liguori and the whole team of Sibill legends. Hard to overstate how massive of a step this is!! Read more here: https://lnkd.in/ecy_8HBY cc Briehan Burke Keen Venture Partners

Funnels Don’t Create Intent. They Just Reveal It. A lot of teams expect funnels to fix performance. Better copy. More steps. Smarter flows. But funnels don’t create demand. They expose it. If intent is weak, users drop off no matter how clean the funnel looks No optimization changes that. Strong funnels don’t push harder. They filter better. The real improvement usually starts when teams stop asking “How do we get more people through?” and start asking “Who shouldn’t be here at all?” That’s when things finally scale. #PerformanceMarketing #AffiliateMarketing #DigitalAdvertising

The metric that predicts growth (that nobody tracks) Most ecom brands are obsessed with the WRONG numbers. ROAS. CAC. LTV. All important. But there's one metric that matters MORE than all of them combined: Actions per unit of time. Not revenue per hour. Not output per employee. Actions. Taken. Per. Unit. Of. Time. Here's what we mean... One brand we've studied is running 400 active ads right now. Last year? 70. Same team. Same budget (well, 4.3x higher now). Result? 17% LOWER CAC while scaling spend. Another brand launches 52 new products per year. Every single week, something new hits the market. They treat each launch like a lottery ticket. And one of those tickets... power banks... became an 8-figure line in under a year. Here's the thing most people miss: Growth isn't about GUESSING right. It's about creating enough VOLUME... that you can't possibly miss. The brands stuck at $5M, $10M, even $50M... They're not there because they lack talent. Or budget. Or "the right strategy." They're stuck because they're taking 10 actions per month... When they should be taking 100. Think about YOUR business right now. How many new ads did you launch last week? How many product tests do you have in motion? How many emails went out? If the answer makes you uncomfortable... You already know what the problem is. Volume precedes quality. Quantity teaches you what works. And once you KNOW what works? That's when you can scale it into something massive. Stop waiting for the "perfect" plan. Start DOING more. The winners aren't the ones with the best ideas. They're the ones with the most REPS. What's YOUR take on this? Are you in the "plan more" camp... or the "do more" camp?

You don't need better copy on your pricing page. You need a worse option. That sounds counterintuitive. But it's the Decoy Effect — and it's one of the most reliable levers in pricing architecture. Here's what's happening in the brain. When we evaluate options, we don't calculate absolute value. We compare. The prefrontal cortex runs a rapid relative assessment: which option looks better *against the others*? Dan Ariely's research at MIT demonstrated this precisely — when you introduce an asymmetrically dominated option (one that is clearly inferior to your target tier but similar enough to invite comparison), the brain uses it as a reference point. The target tier suddenly looks like the obvious choice. The decoy doesn't need to sell. It needs to make something else look better. Now, a note on scale. A 2025 study published in Scientific Reports analysed 3.6 million UK grocery wine transactions and found that decoy options produced modest but consistent shifts in consumer preference — roughly 1% on average across a real-world dataset that size. That's not a rounding error. That's a structural nudge baked into millions of decisions. In a controlled pricing environment — where your three tiers are the only options and the user is already in a buying mindset — the comparative effect is amplified. The grocery aisle has infinite distractions. Your pricing page doesn't. Most founders agonise over the number of tiers. The real question is the *relationship* between them. **The fix:** If you have three pricing tiers, your middle option is likely doing nothing. Restructure it as a decoy — price it close to your premium tier, strip out one or two features, and let the comparison do the work. The premium tier should feel like the rational upgrade, not the expensive one. The brain isn't choosing your product. It's choosing the option that wins the comparison. If your Meta Ads are “underperforming,” stop touching budgets. Fix the signal first. Costly blind spot: most accounts optimize to the wrong event with dirty data. You end up feeding Meta low-quality signals (junk leads, low-value purchases), then wonder why scale stalls or CAC creeps up. Here’s how we tune accounts before we scale spend: 1) Clean signal > more spend - Pass back the right conversion with value. Use pixel + CAPI with dedup and make sure Purchase/Qualified Lead is prioritized in Events. - If you’re under 50 purchases/week, optimize to a qualified proxy (e.g., Initiate Checkout with min value or a scored lead) until volume stabilizes. Then graduate to Purchase. - Close the loop: feed outcome data back in (actual sale, refund, LTV) so Meta hunts for buyers, not clickers. 2) Creative lab, not creative “guessing” - Run a 3x3 matrix: 3 angles (pain, proof, payoff) x 3 formats (UGC, demo, before/after). - Judge hooks by thumb-stop and 3-sec view rate, not just CPA. Kill slow scroll-stoppers within 1–2k impressions. - Copy uses PAS or AIDA. Put proof above the fold: numbers, screenshots, objections answered in the first lines. 3) Simple structure, smart guardrails - Broad targeting, Advantage placements, minimal ad sets. Let the algo learn. - Guardrails: cap frequency, set cost caps where needed, and scale in increments when you hold target CPA/ROAS for 3–5 days. This ties directly into: - Content Factory workflows (to keep the creative machine stocked with hooks that actually index). - CRO (so the clicks you buy convert at a higher rate, lowering CAC without raising spend). Want my Signal Checklist and the 3x3 matrix template? Comment “Signal” or DM me and I’ll send it over.

Most growth agencies are still running campaigns the same way they did 3 years ago. AI has changed what good performance marketing actually looks like in 2026, and most agencies haven't caught up. What's different now: → Bids adjust in real time. No one's sitting there monitoring manually. → Creative testing happens at scale. Not A/B. Multivariate. → Targeting runs on first-party data. Especially relevant post-DPDP. → Competitor monitoring is automated. You know what's working in your space before your agency does. At Devcosys, we've built our performance marketing around these from the ground up, not bolted AI onto an old process. If your current agency can't explain where AI sits in your ad strategy, that's worth a conversation. DM us or hit the link in bio. #PerformanceMarketing #MarketingStrategy #B2BMarketing #StartupGrowth #AIMarketing #DigitalStrategy #Devcosys #GrowthAgency #IndiaStartups

You can have the right ICP, the right message, and the wrong channel — and your CAC will rise anyway. Here's the mismatch that shows up repeatedly in B2B growth: teams allocate budget to scalable paid distribution because it's measurable and easy to defend internally. But their ideal buyers actually evaluate solutions through peer recommendations, trusted communities, industry analysts, and events. The spend generates attention. The attention doesn't convert efficiently. And because top-of-funnel metrics look stable, the downstream friction never gets traced back to where the budget is actually going. Flat conversion rates hide this beautifully. The real diagnostic question isn't "what's our CPL?" — it's "where does our buyer actually decide?" The answer to that question should drive budget allocation. Right now, for most teams it doesn't. https://champ.ly/55a7cA-r

Most SaaS marketers are busy… but not effective. Here are 10 simple moves that actually create growth 👇👇 1. Improve Your Landing Page Above the Fold - Your headline, value prop & CTA should explain what you do instantly. 2. Replace Features With Benefits - Customers don’t buy tools. - They buy outcomes. 3. Add Proof Everywhere - Testimonials, case studies, reviews, logos. - Trust = higher conversions. 4. Create Demand, Don’t Just Capture It - If the market doesn’t understand the problem, they won’t care about your solution. 5. Test 3 Variations Per Creative Set - One creative is an opinion. - Three is an experiment. 6. Retarget With Case Studies - Warm audiences convert when they see real results, not generic ads. 7. Build a Content Engine - Consistency compounds. - Content reduces CAC long-term. 8. Track Micro-Conversions - Scroll depth, clicks, time on page. - This shows where your funnel leaks. 9. Own Your ICP - A campaign built for everyone resonates with no one. - Know exactly who you’re speaking to. 10. Focus on Activation, Not Just Acquisition - Traffic is useless if users don’t reach their aha moment. Follow for insights on growth, demand gen, and performance marketing. #SaaSMarketing #DemandGeneration #GrowthMarketing #PerformanceMarketing #B2BMarketing #MarketingStrategy #DigitalMarketing #StartupMarketing #SaaSGrowth #ProductMarketing

The Drop Down Field is the silent destroyer of the modern GTM engine. For too long, building B2B workflows has meant dealing with archaic logic, rigid drop-downs, and disconnected steps. You aren't architecting strategy. You’re fighting your software. In “normal” conditions, you could afford slow, brittle automation. In an AI-native reality, it is a death sentence. Today, we are breaking that ceiling with Next Gen Orchestration (NGO). NGO isn't just an update to our engine. It is a fundamental re-architecture of how you automate your go-to-market motions, moving from rigid rules to dynamic, programmable growth: ▸ Native LLM Integration: You can now invoke an LLM directly within any step of your orchestration. Just type a simple prompt into the workflow, and the LLM dynamically executes the task and adapts to new fields instantly. ▸ Bring Your Own Data (BYOD): You are no longer locked into one data source. Seamlessly pull in data from your preferred providers and make it an active, automated part of your workflow. ▸ Visual Logic Branching: We’ve made the GTM stack programmable. You describe the logic in a modern, visual drag-and-drop interface; NGO builds the durable workflow. ▸ Unified Account + Person Execution: We’ve collapsed the distance between an intent signal and a multi-channel response by combining what used to be completely separate account and person-level workflows. In 18 months, there will be two types of companies: those who rely on rigid, legacy workflows, and those who use an AI-driven System of Growth to scale their outcomes. 🚀 How we transformed a failing B2B campaign Case study: A SaaS client was burning budget on Google Ads. Problem: Targeting too broad. Solution: Narrowed ICP + AI booking funnel. Result: CAC down 68%, pipeline up 2.1x in 90 days. 🔥 Transparency builds trust. That’s why DMABS shares the real story. #CaseStudy #B2BMarketing #CampaignRescue #DMABS #LeadGeneration #PipelineGrowth #B2BMarketing #ROI #MarketingStrategy #AppointmentBooking

CRO Checklist: The 5 Pages You Must Audit to Scale Past 7 Figures Most eCom brands obsess over ads. But your biggest growth lever might be hiding on your own site. When we run CRO audits for clients doing $1M+ a year, we always start with these 5 pages: 1️Homepage: Is your offer clear within 5 seconds? Are you using prime real estate for your strongest message? 2️ Product Page: Especially for your top 3 best sellers. Great UX + persuasive copy = serious revenue. 3️ Category Page: For brands with larger catalogs, this is often the most neglected (and most profitable) page to optimize. 4️ Cart Page / Drawer: Small tweaks here can lift AOV and reduce abandonment instantly. 5️Checkout Page: If this breaks, your business breaks. Period. We use a detailed heuristic checklist + AI-assisted research to find leaks on each of these. Fixing just a handful of issues on these pages has generated 5–6 figures in extra monthly revenue for our clients, without touching ad spend. 📄 I’ve made our internal CRO checklist public. It’s the same one our team uses on 8-figure DTC brands. Check the link in the comments. Scaling doesn’t always mean spending more. Sometimes it means getting nerdy about the fundamentals. #CRO #Ecommerce
