Wish I had read these reviews before taking out insurance with picnic. Took out a policy at the beginning of August and at the beginning of September I had an email to say they needed more information. Provided all this and was then informed my policy would increase by £250 plus a £50 amendment fee…decided to cancel and was charged £150 to cancel. Awful customer service - they don’t listen on the phone and don’t help. Just want more money. Would give zero stars if I could. Definitely avoid this company.
