⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 – Disappointing experience, promises not kept

I had a very disappointing experience with Xeloxwear.com. I was promised a pair of ASICS shoes as a giveaway prize if I purchased one of their suppliers. I held up my end of the deal, but nearly a month later, I had received neither the shoes nor the supplier access I was expecting.

When I asked for updates, I was told the shipping was too expensive and was offered a sweater instead, which was not what I had won. The seller even admitted that they had been lazy about sorting it out. I was also banned from their Discord server after raising concerns about the delay.

I understand that shipping costs can be unexpected, but that should have been considered before promising a prize. It's unfair to make someone spend money and then fail to deliver what was agreed.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this website. I expected better communication, professionalism and, most importantly, for the promises made to be honoured. Would not purchase again.

I paid money but all it have me was a link to some chinse account which the person kept on pushing and pushing forbme to buy more even tho l had told the person that l was even and l ended up not even getting anything and my money is just lost and cant get it back

Horrible, seller wants way to much per piece of fragrance 20 euro is crazy per piece and 120 for 5

Paket nicht angekommen, danach noch eine Mail geschrieben, aber leider keine Rückmeldung, zum Glück nur 10€ verloren. Nicht bestellen!!!
