Clothes are absolute rags! Do not buy from these. Real scammers. The pictures are nothing like what they send you. Please be warned! I've been trying to sort something out with them since November and they just won't cough up!

Item never arrived and all correspondence has now stopped ! Initially I contacted them as they said the order was delayed in their warehouse so I said to cancel it as it wouldn’t arrive on time. Even though it was in their warehouse they wouldn’t do this ! Then I was told it was delivered and never received it and now my emails are being ignored and they have my £60

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Do not entertain this company. They are scammers. They sent ONE teeny pair of leakproof pants (they wouldn't fit a 4 year old) instead of 4 pairs medium size. They have wasted my time with umpteen emails back & forth since early May. I have to return the useless item to China (at my expense) to get a refund. I have screen printed and sent copies of their returns policy stating "if wrong item sent" a full refund or replacement will be issued at the companies expense. This is crap. I have been offered 30% back about 5 times, now because I threatened to do this review and apply to my bank to chase the payment, I have been offered 60% (a one off managerial decision) and whoopy doo I can keep the USELESS item. I don't understand why they have went to all this bother to avoid refunding. As a matter of principle I am not accepting their offer. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I wish I had seen this site before I purchased . I spent £56 on shoes with Vilamora.
Absolutely nothing at all like advertised. Shoes are made out of hollow plastic and the material looks and feels like it will disintegrate within 5 mins of wearing them. I have tried to get a refund. No reply. The man is based in China. I found his address. This site should be closed down. Complete scam. I have photos of the shoes should anyone wish to see them. I would have given no stars. No option to.

This item looks nothing like the photo on your website and took 15 days to arrive. The order was confirmed on 29th April and arrived on 12th May. The product quality is terrible, totally synthetic and not suitable for the beach.
The phone number to contact is no longer working.
I originally requested a return on 12th May and chased again on 15th May  and 26th May and only received a response on 27th May (found in junk mail) 15 days after my request.

Clear and simple website

Vila Mora is completely fake and a scam. I ordered a very stylish long coat in size Large for £72, but instead they sent me something that looked like a baby diaper and it was also very small.

I emailed them many times, but they ignored most of my messages and never accepted responsibility for their mistake. They told me that if I wanted to return the item, I had to pay the return shipping cost myself. I returned it anyway, which cost me another £20, and in the end they still did not refund my money.

Their customer service is terrible. They only reply to the emails they want to answer and completely ignore the important issues. I strongly recommend avoiding this website because my experience was absolutely dishonest and unacceptable.

Do not buy from this company. What you receive bears no resemblance to what is shown on the website. Very poor quality material, looks more like a sack cloth rather than a fashion item. If you want to send it back they state that you will receive a full refund, but you have to pay the postage TO CHINA. After countless emails to "customer service" complaining about the inferior quality the very same item is still showing for sale on their website. Complete scam company.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. They never arrived and when I asked for a refund after 3 weeks they said I had to contact the Chinese carrier. they now will not answer my emails. This site is a scam! beware. After reading the sham reply by Vilamora I wish to add that I eventually asked for a refund as I never received the goods. Vilamora only refunded 75%, which is illegal. I have reported them to trading standards.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scammers!!! Nothing more than that. Bought a hoodie in December! Received piss poor version of what was nicely presented on the website. AI did a fabulous job with pictures on the website. Since then trying to get my money back- no joy. Had to send it back to China on my own cost, to receive it back 4 months later!!! I do not want your vouchers, I want my money back!!

Easy to navigate website. Sizing guide was very handy too.

Terrible, took ages to arrive and was nothing like the picture. Different colour and horrendous quality.

A lovely 'potential dream dress' for a very special occasion.
I hope it arrives in plenty of time.

Fraudulent company. The item is of poor quality, apparently shipped from China. Do not purchase from this company again. I ordered a 2xL but Extra Small was sent . The material was poor. Con artists.

I bought a blouse from this company & want to return. The blouse was cheap quality from China. They make it very difficult to return with a form you do on the phone. I have tried to fill in the form but it's impossible! They say you have 30days Free to return but you can't. I will never buy from them again.

I was a bit worried reading some of the reviews but I received a beautiful dress in good time so I’m very happy

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Vilamora not to do so.
My experience has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. The company advertises “hassle-free returns,” but in reality this is completely misleading. When I tried to return an item, I was given unreasonable options, including keeping the item for partial store credit or being expected to return it overseas at my own expense.
Customer service has been equally poor. Instead of dealing with the issue properly, they send repetitive, generic responses telling you to contact support – even when you already have. It feels like a deliberate tactic to delay and avoid resolving complaints.
This is not how a reputable company operates. The whole process has been time-consuming, stressful, and very disappointing.
I will now be pursuing this through my payment provider.
Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
