They got my and my husband's FBI report pulled, apostilled and sworn translated but it wasn't seamless. Fingerprinting took 3 hours at a lawyer's office in Valencia. We've never had fingerprinting take more than 5-10 minutes. And they sent the FBI reports to me and forgot to scan them for the translator to do their part. Luckily I asked them about it and luckily I have a good scanner so was able to help them help me.
My experience was seamless and very well organized. The communication was excellent and they made what’s typically a very stressful experience feel supported and safe. I highly recommend this service and the team that leads it. Thank you with a lot of gratitude. Nicole
