Very rare I even leave these type of reviews but I feel it’s totally necessary to let the public know how much of an asset to my life and wellbeing TPS are. I’ve been using quanta products for over 5 years now and I’ve never had a single problem regarding delivery timing or quality of products. I chose to use quanta testosterone rather than relying on my nhs gp, says enough. 10/10 for absolutely everything and the team are also super helpful if you have any questions, some not even relevant to the products they sell. Very helpful, honest and trustworthy. Nothing more needed nor expected, I’ll use forever.

I initially spoke with one member of staff on WhatsApp about a potential order, and the customer service at that stage was very helpful.

A friend and I were then placing separate orders for similar products. While browsing the company’s website, my friend found its referral page, which offered a discount and generated a referral code. He sent me the code and I used it when placing my order, which was approximately £850.

After the order was submitted, a different representative contacted me asking where the referral code had come from. I explained that it had been generated through their own website. Rather than spending time checking the circumstances (I even said if they are not happy with the order, then they can cancel), the representative got very defensive, also accused us of “manually editing” the invoice.

I cannot comment on whether the referral code was intended to apply in these circumstances, but it was generated and accepted by their website. The matter could easily have been resolved by checking the code and explaining any restrictions politely.

I asked for the order to be cancelled, and it was cancelled. It is a shame, as my initial interaction with the company had been positive until this point and was looking to spend lots of money frequently, but the way the referral issue was handled was rude and unnecessary.

I even spent the time afterwards to explain to the first customer representative with screenshots and links on where the referral code was generated and showing their own website advertising it and creating it.
