Had a very nice evening with the pasta workshop of Carla! She came to our house, prepaired everything very good, and learned us a lot about pasta! It is not a standaard story you will hear, Carla tells with passion and the knowledge she has about nutrition. Would definitely recommend!

Servizio ottimo puntuale preciso e pulito.
Per quanto riguarda i piatti, erano in piattati con cura e i gusti erano molto buoni.
Consiglio molto il servizio per chi vuole vivere l’esperienza di poter mangiare a casa propria ma con servizio e portate da ottimo ristorante

Carla has a deep knowledge of and passion for the Italian cuisine, and the craft of baking. If you don't like baking, you will like it after this master class. She finds the right balance between theory and practice so that you don't only make your hands dirty but you actually understand how and why different ingredients react to each other, so you can more easily replicate it at home. Thank you Carla for a great afternoon and evening at your beautiful lab!

Sbarcare i muri di Matunei Wine è stato come entrare nella case di vecchi amici che non vedevi da anni. E mentre ti viene servito una scelta di vini eccezionali e di palato ricercato, Carla, la padrona di casa, con naturalezza e con tutta la sua eterna giovinezza ti racconta con entusiasmo di come vengono prodotti i loro vini, delle storie del territorio di Piemonte ed anche di certe dinamiche di sviluppi del mercato del vino a livello internazionale.
Grazie Carla, è stato davvero un bel momento dí arricchimento, che, raccomando a tutti, dí più ai giovani che apprezzano il buon vino e la cucina piemontese.

Fantastic experience! Carla’s warmth, knowledge, and excellent taste were apparent the moment she ushered us into her courtyard. We learned a lot any my young son had a blast!

Carla did a great job in explaining passionately about the graves and the wines. It was really nice to go to the vineyard with her and the winetasting afterwards was great as well. The wines were super certainly in combination with the bites prepared by Carla in her lab. Would recommend everyone visiting the region to go here.

Carla came to our place to cook up a fabulous dinner. We started with gnocchi fritto, which were light and a perfect complement to cured meats and cheeses. Ext was an outstanding fresh pasta dish of pizzocheri Della Valentina followed by a main dish of involving di fassona, where the beef was so tenders with layers and layers of flavour with an excellent side of carrots to complement the dish. The dessert of modern bonet was a great light way to finish off a spectacular meal. As great as the meal was, Carla was an even better host. I try
U recommend this meal and service to anyone visiting the area.

Carla is fantastic: energetic, passionate, and she made learning traditional Piemont-style pasta both fun and memorable. Her hands-on, encouraging approach guided us step by step to create authentic, delicious pasta from scratch.

The setting made it even more special—a cosy, homely atmosphere with a magnificent view we won’t forget. It felt like being welcomed into a local home rather than attending a class.

A truly special shared experience—we left with new skills, full hearts, and full stomachs. Highly recommended!

Chef Carla prepared an amazing multi-course dinner for us at our rental house on holiday. She is very engaging and her food was fantastic- she made a very memorable evening for us. Highly recommend!

Un’esperienza bellissima! Carla è stata molto gentile, disponibile e ci ha regalato degli splendidi momenti e tante informazioni utilissime per la preparazione della pasta fatta in casa. Inoltre i suoi biscotti sono fantastici. Consigliatissimo!

Carla came to our airbnb to cook a 4 course dinner, and the evening was a 5/5 from start to finish. Our toddlers were taken into account all the way through, and loved their pasta and dessert. The food and wine was delicious. The planning and communication was effortless, as Carla speaks perfect english. I can only recommend.

We were gathering the family for a vacation and celebration in the Piemonte.
Luckily we found t.asti lab by locals. Carla prepared a traditional Italian lunch for us. With typical local dishes. It was marvelous!! She was punctual and delivered as promised. The guiding to selecting the dishes upfront was also helpful using e-mail and WhatsApp. We strongly recommend Carla for her dedication for good and local food and wine. If possible I would love to use her again.

Carla di tasti lab è una garanzia! I suoi dolci sono uno più buono dell’altro ma poi la cura con cui organizza tutto è speciale, il pacchetto festa è una coccola per noi mamme perché letteralmente pensa a tutto lei, dal invito digitale a ogni dettaglio per i bimbi, con un occhio di riguardo per l’ambiente con la sua stoviglioteca!
Per gli adulti puoi decidere anche di assaporare ottimi vini se lo desideri dell’azienda Matunei 🤍
