The process was easy to get a package for our trip put together and quoted. They listened to exactly the type of vacation we wanted and planned every single thing for us. It gave us complete peace of mind when traveling abroad that if we had any questions they were just a text away and replied promptly. I even asked one day at 3:30pm if by chance there was somewhere near our hotel that I could get a massage. They had an appointment booked for me at 4:10pm! Another thing we really appreciated was that the itinerary had links to everything planned. We could easily see maps, have links to the hotels, tours, etc. Everything we needed (tour tickets, ferry tickets) was neatly organized right at our fingertips. I truly can’t say enough about how this changed our idea of traveling abroad and feeling safe and we had trusted people we could contact if we had questions or something went wrong. Will definitely be using this to plan future trips.
