Came into store today to buy some flooring and I was assisted by zara who helped me and my mum work out how many packs we needed along with the underlay. Answered all our questions and is a bright young lady. Credit to the store.

I got some paint mixed with the help of a lovely employee called Jasmine. She was very happy and I love my new wall!

I went to wickes had a great experience couldn’t decide on what colour to choose Hina was very helpful in helping me decide and got exactly what I needed!

Had an appointment to redesign our bathroom. Mateo was very friendly and helpful and showed us what our bathroom could look like.

Visit the store regularly, always get the help I need. Leanne is the best!

Met a member of staff Steve was extremely helpful, helped me get everything sorted what I came in for.

I have recently purchased a property around the Grimsby area and use Wickes but would just like to add how ex̌tra friendly and helpful the staff are. After visiting today I felt I needed to post a review as I had a plumbing issue and with the help of 2 female colleagues it was resolved.

Jon was our advisor and, having never navigated a kitchen installation before, his ideas, designs and guidance were invaluable and impeccable. Such a great personality too, a joy to work with.

visited the hanworth store today and needed help with paint and wasn’t sure about what paint i need found a member of staff callum who helped me get the correct paint and went thru the sheen finishes he was really helpful and took the paint to my car can’t thank callum i will be visiting this store again for my diy projects

All staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful – especially Marlon. I've been there for training on a few occasions now, and he always makes the whole day run smoothly. Great team at Wickes Derby!

My husband and I came into Wickes looking for a specific Duluxe mix however, we struggled to find it for a while until we were approached by a lovely member of staff named George who showed us exactly where it was. All members of staff were exceptionally lovely and happy to help! ;)

Ritu Pethurupillai, our design consultant has been inspirational in our search for a kitchen. She’s been hands on throughout our whole experience and has brought our design to life. Once again i was served and helped by Julie,,,i always use Wickes Perry Barr since moving to Barr Beacon and Perry Barr branch is my local store and Julie as always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable,we have bought lots of items in the last year as we were renovating....so once again thankyou Wickes and especially Julie for all your help....
