Booked 3 tickets for the ballet at the Coliseum. Just 2 hours later they were half the price I paid. Reached out to customer service. No help at all, not able to cancel and no goodwill gesture made.

Had a show cancelled on the day it was meant to be happening due to cast illness. Was given a voucher but wanted a refund, after a quick chat with the AI bot got transferred to a human (Gordia) who was super helpful and efficient and issued a full refund in a few minutes. Great customer service.

I needed to contact the help centre about a missing voucher, as is normal these days the contact us message button on the website was answered by AI support so I was wary as I always prefer to speak to a person. After going through the initial questions to identify myself and the query the bot found resolved my issue really quickly and was very polite to boot! This was my first positive experience of an AI help bot and I'm now a happy customer!

I had such a wonderful experience with TodayTix customer support. I contacted them because unexpected circumstances meant I was no longer able to travel to the UK and attend the performance I had booked.

Really positive experience with London box office customer support. I needed to change the day of my booking; I had bought tickets for my mum’s birthday but she was unavailable on that date! I was doubtful as to whether anyone would reply to my request let alone be able to change the date, but Gordia replied within the hour and gave me a voucher to change to the following week with no extra charge! Thank you Gordia and the team.

Prompt response and solution to my concerns

Haven’t been able to book a show at Sadlers Wells. There’s no link to book tickets. There’s a link that’s headed Get Tickets but doesn’t lead to booking. Will access the theatre directly in future.

I purchased two tickets to The Lost Boys show and was very excited because we got great seats for a good deal. The transaction process was simple, and the tickets were delivered easily, so we were ready to go.

Unfortunately, I had an unforeseen medical event that put me in the hospital about 12 hours before the show. Michael from support was very attentive and generous, offering a one‑time refund that lifted a huge burden from an already disappointing situation. Big kudos to Michael and TodayTix.

Had an issue with tickets not appearing. Was sorted in not even 2 minutes by the absolute beast Michael. Was a pleasure to be helped by. What a guy.
