Bought the Colour Security Conditioner and Shampoo for my wife as a gift.

The Conditioner appeared to be underfilled and lighter in weight than the shampoo.

I have sent 2 emails to ask for customer service and sent a 3rd today as a complaint. ColorWow have not answered once.

They do not want to speak to disgruntled customers and appear to have no intention of resolving the matter. We will not be purchasing from them again.

Awful product as doesn’t do what it’s said to
Their phone number isn’t in use… just constantly says user busy
Item arrived damaged and has apparently been lost in transit but won’t give me a refund despite having proof of returning item
They ignore emails. Just blatantly ignore you and have zero integrity. Please stay away from this company

After placing an order 4 days ago didn’t read that it was Evri delivery. Was due to be delivered yesterday but failed, tracker says to be delivered next working day. No update on their tracker for 18 hours. Then a notification that it would be delivered today, no eta. Can’t contact Evri, contact number shown on Colour Wow website is continuously saying ‘user busy’ Emailed them 5 hours ago asking they contact Evri and find out when parcel is due. Zero response! Will never order from them again. Sort it out colour Wow😡

Dreamcoat supernatural spray definitely worked for me. Closest thing I’ve had to a salon outcome with the product eliminating frizz. My toned silver grey hair is light shiny and frizz free. Almost glass finish. I love it

Very dissapointed in the ColorWow hair range!! have just bought the shampoo hair mousse and spray volumiser, made my hair feel dry and lifeless I was blaming the menopause until I read a whole load of bad reviews!! Total waste of money!!

The color wow voluminous is TERRIBLE doesnt really lift your hair just leaves it feeling sticky and full of product till you next wash it !! My hair has been so knotty i feeel like ripping it out! Total SCAM

I have used colour wow products for years and loved them so I was excited to try the new money laundering shampoo and conditioner which claims to leave hair with a glossy finish. I spent £56 and have experienced the opposite effect! The conditioner felt sticky and difficult to comb through. And once thoroughly rinsed it was still difficult to come through. Having blow dried it I’m so disappointed! It looks dry and dull. It’s fly away and does not look anywhere as good as it does when I use the colour wow shampoo and conditioner. I guess it’s one of those products you can’t get a refund on? So disappointed 😔

I purchased WOW texturizing spray. They said it was not sticky and would not make you hair stiff. At first I thought I was not using it right because I could not brush out my hair after using WOW texturizing spray. Then I noticed how thin and dry the ends of my hair were becoming. To make a long heartbreaking story short. I am going to have to cut 2 to 3 inches off the ends of my hair. WARNING do not brush you hair after using WOW! Broke the ends of my hair right off!

Ordered travel size products to go on holiday with, they took a long time to be processed therefore contacted Color wow to request an upgrade in shipping to ensure they arrived in time. They were unable to support with this however stated that I could return the products after delivery as they would not arrive in time. Organised return of the products but when I attempted to return was told my the courier they had been instructed not to accept them. Shocking customer service all round! Do not use this company!

After watching the videos/ads for these products thought I'd give it a whirl. Having thin-baby fine hair was hoping for a miracle, according to the ads, that I'd have volume. HA! Far from it. Wanted so much to like these products - not so much. Next to none with volume, sticky no matter how little you use; the shampoo and conditioned do nothing. Oh well....if it sounds too good to be true.....

I bought the Bombshell Volumizer and the Style on Steroids. I see VERY little difference in my finished style. True, my hair is very fine and straight, and thinning out, but I was hoping for SOMETHING CLOSE to the spectacular results touted in their ads. Again, VERY little help for my fine, straight hair.

Terrible shampoo & condition; it left my hair coarse. I should never have changed to this shampoo. I don’t recommend it.

I recently purchased Color Wow money mist. Im really dissapointed! It dried out my coloured hair instantly. Instead of lucious silky hair, i ended up with straw like parched strands. I had to put various oils into my hair to even be able to brush it! Wont be using again, its gone in the bin!

Please only use this if you want your hair to feel the worst it ever has. Had my hair done in salon and they used so much of this product on my hair. Fast forward a few hours, and my hair was so tangled at the back, and I couldn’t get my brush through it. I washed next day as my hair felt dry, thick, sticky and terrible. Never again under any circumstances will it be going on my hair.

Customer service is awful! My impression of this company is they are only interested in making money and not the customers interests!! Unwilling to help me after a £63 order. I will not be ordering from this company again. Also looking at all the other reviews I think I’d better avoid using their products too!

I've been using Color Wow products for a year and some work absolutely fabulous for me and others not so much. Which is fair, because we don't all have the same type of hair. Mine is fine and lightly processed, and it looks amazing using their shampoo, conditioner, Money Masque, Money leave-in conditioner and Carb Infused Cocktail every day. I decided to try the Xtra Large Bombshell Volumizer product of theirs based on an influencer's recommendation and that caused my hair to break off all the way around the crown of my head. I had hair past my shoulders with the top part of my hair being 4" long after that disaster! I had to cut my hair much shorter and it still is funky. I reached out to Color Wow and they really stepped up to take care of me. They refunded me for the 3 bottles of product that I had recently purchased and additionally sent me the Money Masque and Money Mist as I mentioned it was helping me blend in the broken hair to the rest of my hair. I really love all the products I'm using and will not be trying anything new again...ever. Although I was super distraught about my hair breakage, I do feel that Color Wow did their best to make it right.

I've been purchasing Colour Wow hairspray, texturing spray and the carbon cocktails for a few years and the products are great for my thin hair.

Recently I purchased my usual order and noticed that the product sizes/quantity are reduced but paying the same or more : very disappointed at this.

I bought lots of the products after style on steroids recommended by my hairdresser.
That works but dries my hair out, dream filter I thought hadn't worked but two people asked me if I'd had my hair done. It also made my hair feel horrible and knotty and I had to cover in loads of my usual conditioner. My hair has been breaking a lot so after seeing the reviews I'm going to stop using most. Shine spray good. Dream coat no, shook, no, leave in conditioner not strong enough. Disappointed overall

My hairdresser friend got a selection of products so I had the opportunity to try without obligation over several months, using products in conjunction with each other or one offs.

I have post menopausal, dull, thinning , shedding hair with coloured grey roots.

Non of the products worked to either restore some thickness, add shine or reduce dryness of my hair… in fact many of them made more hair fall out and left a sticky residue.

I therefore do not recommend any of these products to anyone of a certain age.

Used the shampoo and conditioner for a three weeks, hair left weak and falling out and my scalp is itchy, burning and almost too tender to touch.
