Cheap clothes that don’t fit like they look on the site at all. Don’t buy anything from there

Ordered a pair of bootcut jeans that had the exact name and photo of a pair of Judy blue jeans. I received a pair of flair / bell bottoms that are the cheapest material ever! Requested full refund and they would only agree to 1/2 which I’m sure is still a huge profit for the garbage I received.

HORRIBLE! I would not even give this dress a one star. It arrived two weeks later nothing like the dress in the photo at all! Not the same shape or material. This is a scam website that sends a completely different item!

Terrible quality. Nothing like as pictured. Also definitely not 100% cotton. Really wish I had seen reviews prior to purchase. You’ll never get all of your money back, and return process is incredibly difficult. Please do not buy anything from this company.

Does not even deserve 1 star. A totally untrustworthy company. A believed I was purchasing a lovely looking gothic shirt, only to receive a totally different looking item of poor material that appears to be 2 separate items stitched together. When asked for a refund they wanted me to close my dispute with PayPal first, which is dodgy behaviour! Unfortunately PayPal were no use either. I advise not to buy from this company.

Without a doubt, the worst and sketchiest online company I have ever dealt with !
The “western shirt” I ordered stated on their website that it was embroidered and 100% cotton !
When I got it there wasn’t a stitch of embroidery on it (all printed on) and a material was definitely more like plastic than 100% cotton like a plastic tablecloth material
Does not even come close to the look or description on their website
This company is a total SCAM !
Stay clear of this company and do not purchase ANYTHING from Boozelele

Big SCAM. You will not receive the actual item you anticipate. Not sure why this company exists. They will throw you out anything they want. Nothing like in photos on site. Don’t waste your money & if you have, dispute either your payment source. Good luck, all.

The dress i ordered arrived and it was completely different to the one in the picture......very very disappointed

The dress looked nothing like the picture. Horrific experience! Tried multiple times to try to contact someone. Then I got an automated response saying that I could not return the item. Anyway after multiple emails back and forth I realized that it didn’t matter what I said or did that I was not going to get my money back. Finally I did receive a partial refund. I would never order from this company again and now I check any company I order from to make sure they are a legit.

Unfortunately I read the reviews too late. I ordered two of the same outfit for a concert 3 weeks ago. The concert is next week. It took me a week to get In contact with someone to figure out they didn’t have one size I needed so I asked for a different size and they’re trying to change me $20 more for shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It’s a total scam and basically nonexistent.

Items arrived late, were all separately shipped even though 3 items bought together. Terrible quality. Looked nothing like image presented as what you’re buying. Customer service is MIA/nonexistenat as far as I can tell - I’ve actively been trying to reach them and haven’t been able to talk with anyone. Save your money and spend it elsewhere- THIS IS A SCAM

Terrible! Ordered 3 dresses. So far have received 2. 1 way small. All cheap material. Way overpriced for what you get. No knowing where the other one dress is. I’ve messaged there customer service and just not heard back. Waste of money. Wish I read the reviews first. Scammers are getting so good these days! Do not shop here!!

I ordered 3 dresses and 2 were not what I ordered. I communicated via email and they finally respond that I could return for full refund which was very expensive to ship to China or get a 10% refund! Unprofessional and sneaky. Seems they do this to majority of their customers judging by the reviews. Don’t order from them!

I ordered 3 dresses 2 months ago. One by one, they slowly showed up and none of them were the actual dress that I ordered. Horrible customer service as well. How on earth do you send items that are nothing like what the customer actually ordered/wanted? They offered me a 10% refund on one item. Horrible.

Ordered a dress for a family wedding. I was between S and M for their listed sizing, so I ordered S. It was just a bit snug on top so I decided to order the M and see which one I liked the fit of better. When the M arrived, it fit me exactly the same as the S. Imagine my surprise when I compared the measurements of both dresses and they were exactly the same! In addition, by the time I got the second one, the 30 day window for return on the S had expired. The customer service response was apologetic (in an AI kind of way), I was told I might want to try a L (no thanks to trying this again without actual
Measurements). I could return the last dress but was informed that the return international cost (first I realized it was an international shipment) was typically not worth it. So they offered a 20% refund, if I wanted to try and get it altered.
I wish I could say I did not like the product anyway, but the truth is that I really do like the actual dress. But the area that is too snug cannot be altered.
Bottom line: I have the exact same dress in two different sizes that fits the exactly same way (not the best). But I got a whooping $11.56 refund for my time and trouble.
Do not recommend this site. At all.

I received my shirt today and it’s nothing like the picture on the website the quality is shit the color isn’t the same it’s poorly made I don’t recommend anyone ordering from this slum website it’s complete trash

Items didn't arrive. Items that did arrive are just nasty! nothing like the website images. Cheap tat, the website photos are fake. AVOID

I placed an order and contacted the seller multiple times to confirm delivery timing due to a time-sensitive event. The seller could not provide a confirmed delivery date and stated items were out of stock.

I requested cancellation before the order was shipped. The seller has refused to cancel without charging a fee and continues offering partial refunds instead of honoring my cancellation request.

I do not accept shipment of this order and am requesting a full refund.
