Ho riscontrato un problema critico al sito web che è stato gestito e risolto in tempi rapidi, con grande professionalità ed efficacia. Il supporto si è distinto non solo per la competenza tecnica, ma anche per la disponibilità, la gentilezza e la cortesia dimostrate durante tutto il processo.

Per moltissimi anni ho usato questo servizio, era economico e funzionava bene, adesso hanno duplicato i costi e la loro politica non mi sembra pulita. Mi hanno fatto perdere un sacco di tempo per trasferire il mio sito internet, offrendomi servizi a prezzi stracciati e non sbloccandomi il trasferimento. I poveri del servizio clienti devono mentire e dire che il codice Auth funziona ma non ti diranno mai che devi sbloccarlo tu manualmente dal tuo profilo... Una piccola trappola per far restare i clienti. Mi dispiace ma non mi e' piaciuto il vostro trattamento.

Cerco di utilizzare il coupon NEWCOM598 e mi dicono che non è possibile perchè già utilizzato da qualcuno(cosa letteralmente impossibile), parlo in assistenza e mentre "cercano" di risolvere il problema passa un'intera ora in cui continuano a tenermi in sospeso

sono dei ladri e dei truffatori
sono dei ladri e dei truffatori, ho aperto un dominio e hanno accettato il pagamento, dopo 2 giorni chiudono l'account per un fantomatico problema di sicurezza senza richiedere alcuna spiegazione, dicendo addirittura che non rimborsano nemmeno quanto gli e' stato pagato, una truffa ben organizzata da questi delinquenti che meriterebbero di finire in galera. Mai vista una cosa cosi in 20 anni che apro domini per i miei clienti, rubano soldi e domini ai clienti , NON ACQUISTATE NULLA DA QUESTI TRUFFATORI.

Rido per non piangere. Documentazione precaria, al momento dell'acquisto ti rendono disponibile un SSL autointegrato ma sono tutte chiacchiere. Dovrai attivare l'SSL manualmente (supponendo che tu lo sappia fare) o altrimenti pagare ulteriormente loro per farlo. Pannello assolutamente terribile, per niente user friendly (il che è un paradosso per un servizio di hosting), link che reindirizzano ai propri domini completamente sballato e DNS che scompaiono una volta aggiunti dopo 5 minuti. Un inferno totale che non consiglio a nessuno

male maaale maaaale. Pannello hosting confusionario, ma vabbè, si potrebbe ovviare. Nei pacchetti base non hai ssl compreso. Significa che dovrai generare un certificato esterno ed installarlo, se lo sai fare, oppure pagare loro. Ma la parte peggiore. Sistema di caching integrato. UN INFERNO. Genera malfunzionamenti con woocommerce e sistemi di gestione carrello avanzati ajax. Prodotti che spariscono dal carrello, appaiono, scompaiono, uno spettacolo di magia che ti farà perdere per magia anche i tuoi clienti, ed i clienti dei tuoi clienti. La parte più bella, la migrazione quando capisci che è tutto un incubo. Provi a generare un backup da easywp, un "tool" integrato, in download 100 k al secondo, finisci nel duemilamai di scaricarlo, se non si blocca prima. Usi un plugin ed il server ti va in errore interno i tempi di risposta eccessivamente lunghi, ergo scordati di fare il backup con i plug tipo all in one o duplicator. Ho dovuto fare tutto da sftp con filezilla e ringrazio il signore che almeno quello abbia funzionato. MAI PIU'.
